What Are We Looking For? The bright, contemporary thinking of the young leaders of tomorrow.

This contest is open to students who are currently pursuing their graduation, post graduation/management degree. You can participate individually or in a group (not more than 5 members per group) and share your campaign idea for promoting one of Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltds insurance products. Each participant can choose from one of the below listed insurance products Motor insurance (Car and Two Wheeler insurance) Health Insurance There will be one winner and two runner-ups under each category Individual and Group submission. A contest entry should be a campaign design idea that enables the Company to sell Either a Motor Insurance product or a Health Insurance product via digital platforms (i.e Facebook, Linked in, Twitter, Company website,etc..) In a manner that has not yet been implemented by the Company as on the date of the launch of this contest. In a manner that has not yet implemented by other General Insurance companies in India as on the date of the launch of this contest. A contest entry will be evaluated on the basis of the following Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Cost and feasibility of deploying the idea on digital media. Measurement by way of leads generated and premium conversion through the resulting campaign.

Rules for the Contest You must enter your college Roll No. and name to enter into the contest. You should be a student pursuing either a graduation or post-graduation course at the time of the announcement of the contest results. You can participate and send an entry under both categories individual and team. A winner can therefore win up to two prizes in this contest. st The contest will run till 31 October 2013. The contest duration can be extended, modified or cancelled at our discretion. On submitting your entry, you will receive a reference id on the screen. Kindly make a note of this id for future reference.

Winners will receive the following: Cash Prize and certificate. st nd o Cash prize under individual category: Winner 25 k,1 Runner up- 15 k, 2 Runner up -10k st nd o Cash prize under team category: Winner - 50 k,1 Runner up- 30 k, 2 Runner up 20 k A chance to get involved with the Digital Team of the Company in execution of the winning idea.

Winners will be informed through an email on the Email Id provided by them. Hence, please ensure that you provide us with the correct email address. The winner has to reply on the notification of winning within 48hrs. Should this response, for no matter what reason, not be received, another winner will be appointed as substitution. Should disputes arise in connection with the identity of a participant, a decision is made in favour of the holder of the Roll No. that has been provided at the time of registration.

Should the winner have transmitted incorrect information which makes further contact to said winner impossible, the latter forfeits all and any prize won. Participants shall not be entitled to the payout or provision of a substitute prize or be paid out in cash. The prize money will be shared via either a cheque, DD or a bank transfer. Please note that Bajaj Allianz will not sponsor your cost of developing the contest entry in any way. The contest entry should detail out the stages in the campaign, the digital platforms on which it will be run, the theme of the campaign, target audience, activities ancillary to implementing the campaign idea, promotion methods, cost involved and other relevant details in the form of a campaign brief. If your campaign idea is shortlisted for the final evaluation, you may be contacted to elaborate/explain on any point mentioned in your campaign brief on which Bajaj Allianz needs more clarity. This contest is valid for students who are 18 yrs or above and are from a recognized school/college offering Graduation/Post Graduation courses. All prizes will be distributed after the end of the contest. The contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. The participant is providing information/sending the contest entry to Bajaj Allianz and not to Facebook. Please note that the decision of Bajaj Allianz would be final. No correspondence would be entertained in this regard.

What Should Your Campaign Brief Be Like? The campaign idea should be feasible to implement. While out of the box thinking is welcome, do ensure that it is practically implementable. The campaign idea should include (but not limited to) the following aspects: o Outline of the idea o Since the campaign is to be run completely online, a tag line for the campaign is required. o Reference to research and market intelligence collected by you prior to finalizing the theme/idea (online research, focus group, sample survey). o Campaign objective KPIs in terms of leads, sales. If campaign involves using social media, then KPIs for those are also to be listed. For instance, KPIs for Facebook would be no. of likes, talking about us, traffic to landing page (i.e. people who view the posts/application are enticed to come on our website and check the product the campaign talks about). KPIs for Twitter will be increase in no. of followers, retweets and favourites. KPIs for YouTube will be no. of video views and so on. KPIs for banner/display advertising will be no. of leads generated, traffic on landing page. o List the target audience to whom the campaign is intended for. o Media via which we will target them and promote the campaign (banners, SEO, SEM, Social Media, emailers etc.) o Cost involved i.e budget for each activity. If there is any contest being run, the prize to be given. Each activity should have a cost element attached to it leading to the total budget. o Timeline for running the campaign (the duration of the campaign) o How would we monitor the performance of campaign during this period and evaluate any changes to be made.

For reference, would suggest that you check the Bajaj Allianz FB pages and scroll through for idea on previous campaigns. You can also check other companies FB pages to get an idea of brand FB page. Kindly ensure that you do your homework well refer to FBs contest guidelines while framing any engagement planned on that platform. Similar for other social forums. If some of the business terms used herein are unfamiliar to you, we request that you do your research thoroughly before working on your idea.
