Tenancy Agreement

Tenancy Premise: No.10, Jalan Serindit 3, Taman Serindit, 45000 Kuala Selangor. Im Roszinah Binti Abdul Jalil (IC No: 690522-10-5338) would like to rent the abovementioned double storey house at Taman Serindit, 45000 Kuala Selangor on 15th January 2013 under a one year tenancy agreement with the house owner Dinesh s/o Chandramohan (IC No: 870701-10-5331) . The Tenancy Agreement is applicable until 15th January 2014, on which the agreement expire itself. Extension of tenancy period is based on mutual discussion between the house owner and me as the tenant. I hereby agreed to the listed clauses below : Clauses 1. The owner should be fully indemnified in case of damage incurred to the features of the house due to the fault of the tenant. 2. The owner has every right to cancel the Tenancy Agreement and take back the property at any time should the tenant cause severe damage to the property provided the owner shows every proof to back his standing. 3. Due date for rental payment is 15th of every month starting January 2013. 4. The rental payment is RM550 per month. The owner has full rights to increase or reduce the amount of monthly rental. 5. Tenant is recommended to make the rental payment by owners bank account. The account number of the owner is 4499127214 (Public Bank).
