Structure of Khazanah Nasional Berhad Leadership Khazanah Nasional Berhad has a nice member Board comprising which are

representatives from the public and private sectors. The Chairman of the Board is Dato Sri MohdNajib bin Tun Hj Abdul Razak, the Honourable Prime Minister of the Malaysia. An Executive Committee and an Audit Committee established by the Board to assist the Board of Director. The management team is leaded by the Managing Director, Tan Sri Dato Azman bin HjMokhtar. Board of Directors Dato Sri MohdNajib bin Tun Haji Abdul Razak Dato Sri MohdNajib bin Tun Haji Abdul Razakhas been appointed as Chairman of the Khazanah National on 7 May 2009. He is currently the Prime Minister and Finance Minister of Malaysia. Dato Sri MohdNajib started his career in the Malaysia central bank, Bank Negara Malaysia and later served at the national oil company, Petroliam Nasional Berhad (Petronas). His (He) began his political career in 1976 when he was elected as Member of Parliament for Pekan. At 22 years old, he was the nations youngest MP. He has held various cabinet positions including Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Energy, Telecommunications & Posts, Ministry of Education and Ministry of Defense. He also served as Chief Minister of Gujarat from 1982 to 1986. Dato Sri MohdNajib holds (hold, wanna +s??? ) a degree in Industrial Economics from Nottingham University. Tan Sri Dato Nor Mohamed Yakcop Tan Sri DatoNor Mohamed was appointed as Deputy Chairman of Khazanah on 3 June 2013. He has been the Director of the National Treasury on 12 November 2002. He was also appointed as the next Chairman of Khazanah Research Institute. Tan Sri DatoNor Mohamed was the previously (+worked as) the Minister in the Prime Ministers Department after serving as the Second Finance Minister until 9 April 2009. Tan Sri Dato Nor Mohamed was with Bank Negara Malaysia 1968-2000. macam pelik ???? He was responsible for the implementation of several major projects, including the implementation of Islamic banking in Malaysia, the establishmentof bilateral payment mechanism between the Bank and the Central Banks of SouthSouth counties and the establishment of the Rating Agency Malaysia Berhad. Tan Sri Dato Nor Mohamed graduated from the University of Malaya with a Bachelor of Economics (Hons) and also from the Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium with an M.B.A degree. There are seven Director of Khazanah Nasional which are Dato Seri Ahmad HusniMohamadHanadzlah, Tan Sri Md Nor Yusof, Raja Tan Sri Dato Seri Arshad Bin Raja Tun Uda, Tan Sri Mohamed Azman bin Yahya, Dato Mohammed Azlan bin Hashim, Tan Sri Andrew Sheng, Tan Sri Dato Azman bin Hj. Mokhtar. Dato Seri Ahmad HusniMohamafHanadzlah Dato Seri Ahmad HusniMohamafHanadzlah was appointed (+as) Director of the Khazanah National on 18 May 2009. He is currently the Second Finance Minister. Dato Seri Ahmad Husni has held important position in the Malaysia Cabinet since 2004, namely Deputy Minister of

International Trade and Industry and Deputy Finance Minister 1. Dato Seri Ahmad Husni has extensive working experience in the corporate sector served in several of financial institutions, which are Bumiputera Merchant Bankers Berhad, Asiavest Merchant Bankers and Chase Manhattan Bank N.A. Besides that, he also served at Syarikat Majuperak Berhad and Perak Islamic Economic Corporation. He was the previous Chairman of the Malaysia External Development Corporation(MATRADE), Bumiputera Commerce Bank Berhad, Commercial Vehicle Licensing Board, National Higher Education Fund Corporation and Public Accounts Committee, Parliament of Malaysia. Dato Seri Ahmad Husni holds a degree in Economics from University of Malaya. Tan Sri Andrew Sheng Tan Sri Andrew Sheng was appointed as Director of Khazanah Nasional on July 2008. He is currently the Chief Adviser to the (of the) China Banking Regulatory Commission. He is also a Board member of the Qatar Financial Centre Regulatory Authority and Sime Darby Berhad. He is a member of the Advisory Council of the Iskandar Regional Development Authority ( IRDA), the International Advisory Panel of the Labuan Offshore Financial Service Authority (LOFSA), the Governing Council of the International Centre for Education in Islamic Financial(INCEIF) and the Advisory Council of the National Institute of Securities Market, India(NISM). He is the previous chairman of the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong, Deputy Chief Executive and the Senior Manager of Financial Sector Development at the World Bank. He is a Chartered Accountant by training and holds (hold, wanna +s??? ) a first class honors degree in Economic and an honorary doctorate of law from the University of Bristol United Kingdom. Tan Sri Dato Azman bin Hj. Mokhtar Tan Sri Dato Azman bin Hj. Mokhtar has been appointed as Managing Director of Khazanah Nasional on 1 June 2004. He was a Director and Head of Research for Union Bank of Switzerland in Malaysia between 1994 and 1998. He was Director and Head of Research at Salomon Smith Barney in Malaysia between 1998 and 2002. Tan Sri Dato AzmanMokhtar graduated with Development Studies from Darwin College, Cambridge University, United Kingdom as a Chevening scholar. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom and is a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder.
