If there is one life altering discoverythat quantum physics researchers have made,it is that physical world is one large sea of energy.This energy is perceived with the help of our five sensesand also easily sensed in terms of vibrations.Particles of matter regardless of how tiny and,even the atoms of human body are in state of constant vibrations.and it is not difficult to identify positive vibes from negative vibes. Speaking of vibes ,why is it that a favourite place or a person gives you a vibe different from which you get from a sworn enemy or an arch rival.Why is that a hospital or a court room emits different vibes than that of a meditation hall or a joyful wedding hall?It is simply because the nature of energy is different from emotionslike love,warmth and goodwillproduce one kind of vibe.and anger,hatred,resentment and worryquite another.In fact every word,worry and emotionproduce molecular vibrations in the atmosphere which in turn affects every other objects. If u like someone ,ur vibes are similar or in tune .If the vib of one individual is at variance ,the result is discord and disharmony. At the individual level,if the emotional scale is positive the person will vibrate at a higher rate and if the emotion scale is negative,the person will vibrate at alower rate.Bcz neg energy is denser and heavier and positive is finer and lighter. We human beings are a part of multidimensional subtle energy system.and any imbalance there affect our physical,mental,spiritual and emotional planes. Since we cannot be always be in places where the vibes are good we can raise our own vibes. By yoga ,asanas,pranayam and chanting etc. and radiating love and high positive vibes with ones own source. TRIKONA SANA

Trikonasana is also done with folding legs in type two posture.But important is alternative breating in each pose and contemplation of the feelings on the stretched parts ,to relax that.

Leg relaxation Stand straight. Concentrate on legs.Now breath in and stretch the legs.From toes ,to foot,cups ,knee ,thigh and waist try to relax.Now breathe out slowly and relax from opposite side from waist to leg toes. This you can practice for 5 times
