1. Statement of Objectives

(a) Goals and objectives of your proposed project with measurable outcomes. To process in fastest way of using or applying advanced technology to be more effective.
To be able to implement in right procedures base on memorandums of DepEd with accurate and detailed information secured stored.

(b) Itemized list of deliverables of the system with respect to the functionality of the system (not project study, CD, etc.) The project is aim to develop or upgrade the entire existing system to become fully computerized especially curriculum management module.

(c) Scope
The project is aimed to how the system can improve the efficiency of services as well when implementing a curricular, set a curricular activities, those new subject with seminar and this project is concerned those list of all subject with connectivity of book required per grade level, their reference each subject book, supplier of books, subject teacher assigned if teacher

qualification is qualified to his/her skill and knowledge to be exactly subject assign , and DepEd provide a seminar based on industry field and required set a grading system per each subject and applying the program to be set a schedule in calendar activities, to updating and viewing data. The Curriculum Management System is a module that covered in a field of subject k-12 programs; there each have, list of subject, but this system only focus at implement subject those available/non-available subject or list of implemented curriculum based on the school. This system is made to generate a report, with updating that available information every grade level curriculums to process in fastest way of using or applying advanced technology to be more effective. Still, not all of the features of a curriculum system should have is embodied in the system weve made. Its only capable of doing some of the main purposes, like filling-up a information form, verifying record to verify the teacher if his/her skill and knowledge is exactly qualified in subject assigned.

(d) Limitation Cant change those past year curriculums subject taken with an alumni graduate if its already change in present just fix.

We didnt allow changing the other related module that entering or connecting in our
system.

(e) Reasons for choosing the proposed project? Choosing a proposed project its only defend on our lucky hand it is draw lots because those instructor has prepared a 8 different categories of system designated at each section that divided into one entire system simplifying at ten (10) component of prepared module for each group. (f) Youre Strategy for getting started? First we are going to initiate their task or assigning different categories with appropriate skills. Then getting some opinion with us to combined or conducts a plan with analyzing, implement, executing, evaluating and monitoring/controlling to manage in good will.

(b) How do you intend to obtain access for these facilities? Indicate the location, Frequency of access to use these facilities and its approximate duration on monthly/weekly/daily basis. Admin Employee End User

(c) How do you intend to demonstrate your project work? Indicate access to software, hardware, data required for the demonstration. 2 laptops First laptop is for programmer, and other one is for documentation purposes. Flash drive For storing some documents

(d) Will the final system be tested/ evaluated by real users. Yes it can be, it must be tested for us to evaluate the quality and the assurance of the system process or else it can be called as a Friendly-user System.

(e) State the way of generating test data/ test cases. With the required data asked by the system to a user we can generate a data through storing, updating, and tracking of information to our system.

(f) State the way of determining the acceptability / success of final system. Through integrating to other system and satisfaction of the clients. In that way we can assure that the system will run and will also go with flow with other system.

(g) The procedure to evaluate the performance of the system. The system can provide or generate a report in fastest and efficient way of gathering a data by checking, updating or viewing a present and past curriculum to be through printed or browsed with those interested to know the current update of subject.

3. The work Plan

Use a project management tool such as Microsoft Project. Include each schedule in a separates sheet. A schedule should fit into a single A4 page. (a) The project schedule (using a Gantt chart )
