Produce a simple mini booklet of the story.

Teacher asks pupils to sit in groups. Pupils sit in groups. Teacher explains the task. Teacher distributes a manila card and sentence strips with pictures to each group. Teacher asks them to rearrange the story in a correct sequence. Pupils rearrange the story. Teacher asks pupils to paste the sequence of the sentence strips and pictures on the manila card given. Teacher checks the pupils work and asks them to read it aloud. Teacher calls some pupils to read aloud the story using their own expressions. Pupils read aloud the story. Teacher explains the task, and shows some sample of booklets. Teacher distributes a template of booklet to each pupil. Pupils produce their own mini booklet individually. Teacher asks the pupils to write their own ending of the story in the booklet. Teacher goes around assisting pupils.
