0217 Patrol completed traffic stop on Market Street. Michael S. Brownell (19) of Potsdam, N.Y. was issued Uniform Traffic Tickets for 509-1 Operate Motor Vehicle by Unlicensed Driver and 1163D Illegal Signal, after patrol observed the vehicle he was operating change lanes without signaling. Both tickets are returnable to Potsdam Village Court on November 8 th 2013 at 8:30 am. Patrol observed subject on Maple Street with property that belonged to a business on Market Street. Property returned and ticket issued. Dispatched Potsdam Rescue and Patrol to a call at Walker Arena. Patrol completed traffic stop on Maple Street. Michael K. Opoku (22) of Canton, N.Y. was issued a Uniform Traffic Ticket for 1180D Speed in Zone, 49/30 after patrol observed the vehicle he was operating traveling at a high rate of speed. The ticket is returnable to Potsdam Village Court on November 1st 2013 at 8:30 am. Patrols responded for a suspicious person at a business on Elm Street. Employee was coming in early for work.
