SCOPE OF WORK Interior designer The interior designer shall provide services in respect of the following works: Interior design: 1.1 Taking Client's instructions and preparation of design brief. 1.2 Furniture layout. 1.3 initial 3d images of the proposed design (as a medium to understand the design language of the space, a maximum of three iterations will be submitted). 1.4 Selection/ design of work stations. 1.5 Electrical, electronic, communication systems and design within the building or recommending consultants for the same and coordinating with them. 1.6 False ceiling design and lighting design. 1.7 Working drawings of the furniture and space that are to be given out to the contractors. 1.8 Selection of materials and styling of the space- Floor Tiles, Restroom Tiles, Wall Claddings, sanitary ware, light fittings and Art. 1.9 Providing a site supervisor to facilitate work and Periodic inspection and evaluation of Construction works. 1.10 Working in tandem with the selected architectural firm to marry the outer shell design to the interior space. 2. SCHEDULE OF SERVICE. The Interior designer shall after taking instructions from client render the following services: CONCEPT DESIGN [STAGE 1] : 2.1 Present an initial layout after analyzing the schedule of spaces in relation to activities and site potential. 2.2 prepare conceptual designs of particular spaces and a rough estimate may be presented at this stage.

PRELIMINARY DESIGN AND DRAWINGS [STAGE 2] : 2.3 Modify the conceptual designs incorporating required changes; prepare the Preliminary drawings, interior views and schedule of finishes for the clients Approval along with the preliminary estimate of cost on area basis.

2.4 selection of materials. WORKING DRAWINGS FOR CLIENT'S/CONTRACTOR [STAGE 3] : 2.5 Prepare working, specifications drawings necessary for Client/ contractors/schedule of quantities. APPOINTMENT OF CONTRACTORS [STAGE 4]: 2.6 Invite, receive and analyze tenders; advise Client on appointment of contractors. CONSTRUCTION [STAGE 6]: 2.7 Prepare and issue working drawings and details for proper execution of works During construction. 2.8 Approve samples of various elements and components. 2.9 Check and approve shop drawings submitted by the contractor/ vendors. 2.10 Visit the site of work and fabrication workshop, communicate with the site supervisor. To inspect and evaluate the progress of works and where necessary clarify any decision, offer interpretation of the drawings/specification, attend conferences and meetings to ensure that the project proceeds generally in accordance with the conditions of contract and keep the Client informed and render advice on actions, if required. 2.11 In order to ensure that the work at site proceeds in accordance with the contract documents/drawings and to exercise time and quality controls, the day-to-day supervision will be carried out by a Site Manager (Clerk of Works/Site Supervisor or Construction Management Agency in case of a large and complex project) who shall work under the guidance and direction of the Interior designer and shall be appointed and paid by the Interior designer.

SCOPE OF WORK-Architect The Architect shall provide services in respect of the following works: Architecture: 1.1 Taking Client's/interior instructions and preparation of design brief. 1.2 Design and site development. 1.3 Structural design of RCC Structures. 1.4 Sanitary, plumbing, drainage, water supply and sewerage design. 1.5 Electrical, electronic, communication systems and design. 1.6 Fire detection, Fire protection and Security systems etc. If required 1.7 Periodic inspection and evaluation of Construction works. 1.8 Landscaping of open spaces & Terraces 2. SCHEDULE OF SERVICE. The Architects shall after taking instructions from client render the following services: CONCEPT DESIGN [STAGE 1] : 2.1 Furnish a site evaluation and analysis report with basic approach to circulation, activity, distribution, interaction and external linkages. 2.2 Analyze schedule of spaces in relation to activities and site potential. 2.3 Prepare conceptual designs with reference to equipments and prepare rough estimate of cost on area basis. PRELIMINARY DESIGN AND DRAWINGS [STAGE 2] : 2.4 Modify the conceptual designs incorporating required changes; prepare the preliminary drawings, interior views and schedule of finishes for the clients approval along with the preliminary estimate of cost on area basis. DRAWINGS FOR CLIENT'S/ STATUTORY APPROVALS [STAGE 3]: 2.5 Prepare drawings necessary for Clients/ statutory approvals and ensure compliance with codes, standards and legislations, as applicable and assist the Client in obtaining the statutory approvals thereof, if required. WORKING DRAWINGS AND TENDER DOCUMENTS [STAGE 4]: 2.6 Prepare working drawings, specifications and schedule of quantities sufficient to prepare estimate of cost and tender documents including code of practice covering aspects like mode of measurement, method of payments, quality control producers on materials and works and other condition of contract. APPOINTMENT OF CONTRACTORS [STAGE 5]: 2.7 Invite, receive and analyze tenders; advise Client on appointment of contractors. CONSTRUCTION [STAGE 6]: 2.8 Prepare and issue working drawings and details for proper execution of works during construction. 2.9 Approve samples of various elements and components. 2.10 Check and approve shop drawings submitted by the contractor/ vendors. 2.11 Visit the site of work and fabrication workshop, at intervals mutually agreed upon, to inspect and evaluate the progress of works and where necessary clarify any decision, offer interpretation of the drawings/specification, attend conferences and meetings to ensure that the project proceeds generally in accordance with the conditions of contract and keep the Client informed and render advice on actions, if required. 2.12 In order to ensure that the work at site proceeds in accordance with the contract documents/drawings and to exercise time and quality controls, the day-to-day supervision will be carried out by a Construction Manager (Clerk of Works/Site Supervisor or Construction Management Agency in case of a large and complex project) who shall work under the guidance and direction of the Architect and shall be appointed and paid by the Client. 2.13 Issue Certificate of Virtual Completion of works. COMPLETION [STAGE 7]: 2.14 Prepare and submit completion reports and drawings for the project as required and assist the Client in obtaining "Completion/ Occupancy Certificate" from statutory authorities, wherever required. 2.15 Issue two sets of as built drawings including services and structures
