Air Cascade System The entire system will be housed in a metallic container alongwith all accessories. Breathing Air Compressor:
The breathing Air Compressor will be 3600 PSI. The make will be of a well-know international manufacturer.

Cascade System: Our Cascade system will consist of 28 cylinders of 50 Lt. Cylinders are installed on 4 / 6 cylinder cascades high pressure. The interconnection of cylinders / cascade are in parallel with compressor and are equipped with check valves / isolation valves to enable supply / availability of breathing air in case of any failure in any cascade. There is a relief valve to avoid overcharging of the system. High pressure air of the cylinders / bank are regulated to low pressure supply, approx. 0-250 psi. through minimum two independent paths with relief valves set at approximate pressure for further supplying to distributing manifold. The regulators have both low and high pressure gauges. These regulators are of reputed manufacturers. Manifolds: These will meet or exceed the tender requirements. The continuous low pressure breathing air will be supplied to requested reserve air manifolds. Distribution manifold will have tapping points with quick connector (Hansen coupling) for connecting 6 Nos. each of 3-man and 6-man reserve manifolds at various locations. For interconnection of manifolds and for supplying air from reserve manifolds to work packs, system will be supplied with adequate LP/HP Hoses of . All hoses from distributing manifold to reserve manifolds and reserve manifolds to work packs are connected with quick connectors (Hansen coupling). Cascade system is equipped with a filler whip on high pressure side for refilling SCBA s, Air quality test kit and 1 No. of resuscitator / ventilator / system for artificial breathing. SCBA Sets: Bug Blowers: Our Bug Blowers will be of high capacity with explosion proof motor is supplied with our system. II. DETECTION SYSTEM: Our detection system meets the following specifications: It has 8 No. of H2S Sensors, intrinsic safe / explosion proof, 0 100 ppm along with required cables. It has a Central monitoring system, multi-channel for 8 No. of sensors, individual card sensor connection as well as single channel with 8 Nos. Sensors connected by individual cables. Visual and audible alarm, which are explosion proof, are set at 10 & 20 ppm respectively. They will be 7 No. The nonexplosion proof Visual and audible alarm, - 3 Nos. will be supplied with the system. There is a provision of activating rig alarm at 20 ppm. Our detection system is equipped with its calibration kit and multi detector pum (Draeger / Gastec or equivalent). It also consists of 20 Nos. H 2S Personal Monitors, 0-100 ppm, audible alarm at 10ppm, with visual Alarm display.
