Counterflow Cooler
Product description:
The inlet rotary valve, with coupled product distributor, ensures an even surface of pellets for cooling. The circular shape of the cooling chamber prevents dust particles from collecting in hidden corners and promotes a turbulent air-flow. The triangular, perforated bottom has a relatively large surface and generates a 20-30% greater flow of air in comparison to a flat bottom. The ingeniously designed discharge shafts minimize damage to the pellet and guarantee an almost residue-free discharge into the under hopper.
