TERMS & CONDITIONS for the post of Retail Outlet

Supervisor (ROS) :
1) The Candidate should be State Government Retired employee, not below the rank of Senior Assistant drawing pension, age not exceeding 62 years and should be mentally and physically fit for overall Supervision of day to day transactions, maintenance of registers, stocks, up keeping the retail outlet etc., 2) The Candidates will be selected by the District Level Committee headed by the Joint Collector, concerned District. 3) The Candidate has to submit a Security Deposit of Rs.2.50 Lakhs ( Rs. Two lakhs fifty thousand only) in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of APBCL, IMFL DEPOT concerned jurisdiction and the same will be converted into FDR for the period of (1) Year and assigned in the name of the candidate. 4) The selected Candidate will be required to execute Agreement of Contract & Personal Security Bond undertaking to indemnify the loss, caused to APBCL on account of pilferage, damage, misappropriation caused to the stocks and any such type of irregularities to the APBCL, IMFL Depot. 5) The Retail Outlet Supervisor will be paid Rs.12,000/- per month, subject to the condition that the total emoluments i.e., existing pensions + Rs. 12,000/shall not exceed the last pay drawn by him. 6) The candidate will be posted in any of the Retail Outlets in the concerned District and can be transferred from one Retail Outlet to another Retail Outlet. 7) Service Conditions will be governed by Contractual Rules of Andhra Pradesh State Government. 8) Application fee should be enclosed by way of Demand Draft of Rs.100/- for General Category & Rs.50/- for SC,ST, BC & PH in favor of IMFL Depot, concerned.

TERMS & CONDITIONS for the post of Assistant Retail Outlet Supervisor

(AROS) :
1) The Candidate should be any graduate above 21 Years and below 34 Years of age having Computer Knowledge. He should be mentally and physically fit to assist the Retail Outlet Supervisor (ROS) in overall Supervision of day to day transactions, maintenance of registers, stocks, up keeping the retail outlet etc. 2) The Candidates will be selected by the District Level Committee headed by the Joint Collector, Concerned District. 3) The Candidate has to submit a Security Deposit of Rs.1.50 Lakhs ( Rs. One lakh fifty thousand only) in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of APBCL, IMFL DEPOT concerned jurisdiction and the same will be converted into FDR for the period of (1) year and assigned in the name of the candidate. 4) The Candidate selected is required to execute Agreement of Contract & Personal Security Bond undertaking to indemnify the loss, caused to APBCL on account of pilferage, damage, misappropriation caused to the stocks and any such type of irregularities to the APBCL. 5) The Assistant Retail Outlet Supervisor will be paid a consolidated amount of Rs.9,000/- per month. 6) The candidiate will be posted in any of the Retail Outlets in the Concerned District and can be transferred from one Retail Outlet to another Retail Outlet. 7) Service Conditions will be governed by Contractual Rules of Andhra Pradesh State Government. 8) Application fee should be enclosed by way of Demand Draft of Rs.100/- for General Category & Rs.50/- for SC,ST, BC & PH in favor of IMFL Depot, Concerned.

TERMS & CONDITIONS for the post of Salesmen :

1) The Candidate should pass 10th Class and above 21 years and below 34 Years of age. He should be mentally and physically fit to work in Retail Outlet i.e. Loading of bottles into the shelves, delivery of bottles to customers as per the bill and other activities as per the instructions of ROS/AROS. 2) The Candidates will be selected by the District Level Committee headed by the Joint Collector, Concerned District. 3) The Candidate has to submit a Security Deposit of Rs. 50,000 /- ( Rs. Fifty thousand only) in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of APBCL IMFL DEPOT concerned jurisdiction and the same will be converted into FDR for the period of (1) year and assigned in the name of the candidate. 4) The Candidate selected is required to execute Agreement of Contract & Personal Security Bond undertaking to indemnify the loss, caused to APBCL on account of pilferage, damage, misappropriation caused to the stocks and any such type of irregularities to the APBCL. 5) The Sales Man will be paid a consolidated amount of Rs.7,700/- per month. 6) The candidate will be posted in any of the Retail Outlets in the Concerned District and can be transferred from one Retail Outlet to another Retail Outlet. 7) Service Conditions will be governed by Contractual Rules of Andhra Pradesh State Government. 8) Application fee should be enclosed by way of Demand Draft of Rs.100/- for General Category & Rs.50/- for SC,ST, BC & PH in favor of IMFL Depot, Concerned.
