Le fauteuil existe avec dossier troit ouvrant sur l'extrieur, et dossier large se refermant vers l'intrieur. Les 2 poufs (9 et 27) sont munis d'un plateau amovible, pour un usage en table latrale (option).

La laque, sous forme de poudre poxy, est applique uniformment (couche de 80 microns) par procd lectrostatique. Les micro-billes de poudre sont attires sur toute la surface du mtal; durant leur passage dans le four, elles fondent et durcissent, offrant un laquage homogne et ultra rsistant. Les finitions laques sifas sont garanties TT. Elles sont soit lisses et brillantes, soit structures granites. Le process est test dans le cours de la production en terme de bonne tenue de la laque sur le mtal par la mthode du quadrillage, utilise dans lindustrie automobile (Norme ISO 2409). The process is tested during production to verify the adhesion of the lacquer on the metal using the cross-cut test, which is used in the car industry (ISO 2409 standard). Linox de type 304, recyclable 90 % utilis par sifas a subi 2 oprations essentiellesafin dviter loxydation : un sablage chimique qui augmente la duret et la rsistance de linox en surface et donc diminue sa sensibilit aux rayures et aux agressions, un lectropolissage qui, par lectrolyse, supprime en surface les impurets et les particules de carbone et de fer, et augmente ainsi la teneur en chrome et en nickel. Do une meilleure rsistance la corrosion, et un inox lisse et brillant. La finition inox sifas est garantie TT. Entretien mensuel prventif : nettoyer les parties en inox l'eau savonneuse, l'aide d'une brosse pour les parties difficiles d'accs, rincer l'eau douce, puis essuyer l'aide d'un chiffon sec et doux. Sa massivit et sa densit (1,2 g/cm3) lui confre une excellente rsistance mcanique tout en lui laissant une certaine souplesse. Cet ensemble de proprits physico-chimiques en ont fait le matriau idal pour le systme original de lattes de la collection Kolorado. Ces lattes cintres chaud dans un mme profil et montes sur un arc de cercle*, offrent un confort ergonomique et un toucher incomparables tout en laissant passer lair et leau par les fentes verticales de lassise et du dossier. Le PMMA est facilement recyclable. Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) is a solid thermoplastic material manufactured through heat-moulding between plates of glass. It has very smooth and silky touch, and is highly resistant to atmospheric agents, corrosion and UV light. Owed to its high density (1.2g/cm3), PMMA features excellent mechanical resistance while retaining some flexibility. All of these physicochemical properties make this material ideal for the original slat system of the Kolorado collection. These slats are heat-curved in the same profile and mounted on to a circle arc*, providing an incomparable level of ergonomic comfort and an outstanding feel, while allowing air and water to pass through the vertical slits of the seat and back. PMMA can be easily recycled. El polimetacrilato de metilo (PMMA) es un material termoplstico macizo obtenido mediante colada en caliente entre placas de vidrio. Es liso y muy suave al tacto, muy resistente a los agentes atmosfricos, a la corrosin y a los rayos UV. Su solidez y su densidad (1,2 g/cm3) le otorgan una excelente resistencia mecnica al tiempo que le garantizan cierta flexibilidad. Este conjunto de propiedades fsico-qumicas le han convertido en el material ideal para el sistema original de listones la coleccin Kolorado. Ce sandwich est lui-mme enrob dun gel coat de finition en polyester anti-UV de type marine rsistant aux agents chimiques et atmosphriques. Lintrt de cette technologie utilise dans les voiliers, bateaux et voitures de comptition, est dallier le gain de poids pour une structure dune trs grande rsistance mcanique et un tat de surface parfaitement lisse (bonne pntration dans lair et leau). Ce composite est recyclable par broyage et rintgration comme charge dans de nouvelles transformations plastiques. The shells in the Kocoon collection are made using a technological process which entails cross-link moulding of a thermoset resin - LES polyester - which then coats the glass fibre material that is woven flat for the fine parts, and woven 3-dimensionally (5mm thick) for the zones that undergo high mechanical stress levels. This sandwich in turn is coated with a gel finishing coat in nautical-standard anti-UV polyester that is resistant to chemical and atmospheric agents. This technology used in yachts, boats and racing cars has the advantage of weighing less while providing a highly-resistant mechanical structure with a perfectly smooth surface (air and water are able to penetrate it easily). This composite can be ground for recycling and reused as load for making new plastic items. Kokonut Le polythylne haute densit est un thermoplastique de la famille des polyolfines. Utilis sous forme de poudre, il est moul chaud dans un moule creux en rotation qui rpartit la matire en couche mince par centrifugation sur ses parois. La pice ainsi forme et refroidie est solide, lgre (elle flotte sur leau), dun bon tat de surface. Des inserts mtalliques sont installs dans le moule, avant remplissage, et mouls dans la pice. Ils servent ancrer solidement les systmes dattache entre les modules. Le PEHD est utilisable dans une plage de temprature de 105C -50C, rsistant aux acides, aux alcools, aux hydrocarbures. Il est aussi trait antiUV. Le PEHD est entirement recyclable. High density polyethylene is a thermoplastic in the polyolefin family. The powder form is heat-moulded in a hollow mould which rotates, spreading the material into a thin layer on to the walls through centrifugal force. Once the pieces formed in this way have cooled down, they become solid and light (they float on water), and have a good surface finish. Metal inserts are placed into the mould before filling for in-moulding. They serve to firmly anchor the fixing systems between the modules. HDPE can be used at temperatures ranging from 105C to -50C. It resists acids, alcohols, and hydrocarbons. It also undergoes an anti-UV treatment. HDPE is fully recyclable. El polietileno de alta densidad es un termoplstico de la familia de las poliolefinas. Utilizado en forma de polvo, se moldea en caliente en un molde hueco en rotacin que distribuye el material en capa fina mediante centrifugado en sus paredes. La pieza formada de este modo y enfriada es slida, ligera (flota en el agua), y con un buen acabado de superficie. En el molde se instalan insertos metlicos, antes del llenado, y se moldean en la pieza. Estos sirven para anclar slidamente los sistemas de fijacin entre los mdulos. El PEAD puede utilizarse en un intervalo de temperatura de 105C a -50C, es resistente a cidos, a alcoholes y a hidrocarburos. Tambin ha recibido tratamiento anti-UV. El PEAD es completamente reciclable.
Kocoon - Oskar - Kokonut - Transatlantik - Klub - Kross - Coussins dco Recommandations pour lentretien et le nettoyage : Brosser rgulirement la toile sec pour viter les dpts de poussires ou de corps gras qui sont la cause dapparition de points noirs sur la surface du tissu. Le lavage en machine est efficace une temprature de 30 maximum, sans prlavage, ni essorage rapide. Le schage se fait lair libre. Le nettoyage la main se rvle plus efficace en cas dapparition de points noirs ; utiliser pour cela une eau savonneuse javellise (dose conseille : 10 cl de javel pour un litre deau). Une fois bross vigoureusement, le tissu doit tre rinc abondamment leau claire et sch lair libre. Pour tout autre type de tache (crme solaire, nourriture...), utiliser un dtachant textile en prenant soin de lire les indications du fabricant mentionnes sur le flacon. En respectant toutes ces conditions, les tissus Sunbrella ne rtrcissent pas, gardent tout leur clat, et leur traitement anti-tache reste efficace mme aprs plusieurs lavages. Recommendations for maintenance and cleaning: Brush the canvas regularly when dry to avoid dust deposits or fat from building up which might cause black spots to appear on the surface of the material. Machine cleaning is effective at a temperature of 30 maximum, without pre-wash, nor fast spin. Material is to be left to dry outdoors. Hand-washing is more effective if black marks appear; use soapy water with bleach (recommended dose: 10 cl. of bleach for a litre of water). After a thorough brushing, the material must be rinsed in lots of clean water and left to outdoors. For any other type of marks (sun cream, food...), use a stain remover for textiles reading the manufacturers instructions on the bottle carefully. By adhering to these instructions, Sunbrella materials do not shrink, do not lose their sheen, and their anti-stain treatment remains effective even after several washes. El lavado a mquina resulta eficaz a una temperatura mxima de 30, sin prelavado ni centrifugado rpido. Secar al aire libre. En caso de aparicin de puntos negros, es ms eficaz la limpieza a mano; para ello utilice agua jabonosa y leja (dosis recomendada: 10 cl de leja por litro de agua). Primero cepille enrgicamente el tejido y a continuacin aclare con abundante agua limpia y deje secar al aire libre. Para cualquier otro tipo de manchas (crema solar, comida) utilice un quitamanchas textil siguiendo atentamente las instrucciones de uso del fabricante indicadas en el envase. Respetando todas estas condiciones, los tejidos Sunbrella no encogen, conservan todo su brillo y su tratamiento antimanchas se mantiene eficaz incluso despus de varios lavados.
