Any one u has to write it, I have selected the competent ->Goto results option in menu bar Select our scale Tick it required entry Goto save Goto continue (tick mark) Go back U has to check out our scale

Step 9: profile to change Menu path: Go to sap easy accesses Human resources personnel management personnel development profile change(double click on that)

In that right side many options r there like person position job applicant Step 10: In that 1 st u has to choose the option person

In that

search term (search the name of the employees)

Step 11: Double click on the person name One table is coming

In that options are qualifications, preferences, and appraisals where appraise .. r there Step 12: Select the appraisals where appraise Menu path: Go to create option

Step 13: In that select our appraisal scale

Ex: performance appraisal Goto continue option First goto execute option After that U has to assign the rating of the appraisal models

Ex: in rating first goto search option, in that u select 1 2 good very good

Personnel behavior: Innovative Competent good good

U has to assign like this. Goto save option Go back If u have to compare of two persons it is useful for u, this is not necessary Step 14: Again u has to select appraisal where appraise

Goto create option

Table is coming (in that u has select any of appraisal model) Ex: Exit interview First goto execute option Step 15: U has to assign the ratings

After that U has to assign the rating of the appraisal models Ex: in rating first goto search option, in that u select 1 2 good very good

In that u have to select qualification group Goto create U has to assign the ratings of the qualifications: Ex: 1 Good 2. Very good 3. Excellent Goto save After Left side options r there Person, position, job, applicant. In that u have to select the applicant
