Application should be filled as per the format given below and send alongwith a recent passport size photograph affixed on the application. Govt. servant applying for the above post should forward their applications through proper channel and should enclose No Objection Certificate obtained from their appointing authority. forwarding authority should ensure that in the event of selection of the official, he should be in a position to relieve / spare the official within the time specified in the offer of appointment. Candidates should superscribe the envelope "Application for the post of MULTI TASKING STAFF". However, there shall be No fee prescribed for candidates belonging to SC/ST category. The candidates selected on direct recruitment will be governed by the provisions of the New Pension Scheme introduced by the Govt. of India w.e.f. 01-01-2004. Relaxation in upper age limit is applicable as per the norms of Govt. of India to the employees already working in Central Govt. Departments. The final list of candidates called for interview is based on short-listing of candidates by a duly constituted screening committee and the shortlisted candidates for interview will be notified to the candidates in person as well as uploading their names in the website of IFGTB and ICFRE. No correspondence in this matter is entertained. Canvassing in any form for / by the applicant shall not be entertained. The Institute reserves the right not to fill up the vacancy advertised if the circumstances so warranted. No TA/DA will be paid for participating in the screening test/interview.
