Victoria is the capital city of British Columbia, and a 15-minute flight from Vancouver International Airport. We can also be reached by an incredibly scenic ferry ride from the mainland; you might even see a killer whale on the way. Victoria, also known as the City of Gardens, is a mid-sized Canadian city surrounded by oceans, mountains, and spectacular scenery, making it the ideal place for a "Language. Culture. Adventure" experience. Our school is located in a heritage building in the heart of downtown Victoria, on the main street Douglas Street. We are only a quick stroll away from Victoria's Old Town, where countless upscale restaurants, and fun pubs can be found. SC/GEOS Victoria schools neighbours include The Bay Centre, the Royal British Columbia Museum, and the famous Fairmont Empress Hotel. Five minutes away from the school is the Inner Harbour; one of Victorias main tourist attractions, the Inner Harbour is filled with street performers all year along with a great selection of restaurants, cafes, and shops. Accommodations
Host Family Single or Double, Half or Full board Our families are located 10 to 40 min by public transit from the school, and from the city centre. All our host families have washing machines, do the basic cleaning and provide bed linen. Room are fully equipped with a bed, desk and closet. Our host families have been visited by our schools staff and live all in safe and comfortable neighbourhoods.

Activities organized each week and on the weekends. Among these activities, we offer: Butchart Gardens, China Town tour, rock climbing, festivals, whale watching, boat cruise, movie, bowling and much more!
