PROJECT MANAGEMENT Developed environmental permitting project plans, proposals, timeframes, budgets, civil/landscape construction documents, terms and conditions, project specifications, staffing and project schedules for sites from to 800 acres. TECHNICAL Experienced in land planning, civil engineering and landscape architecture. Conducted in-depth site analysis of potential project sites addressing location, land ownership, right-ofway, acquisition costs, topography, hydrogeologic data, construction costs, and extent and regulatory status of existing environmental features including environmental assessments/impact statements, alternative analyses, natural resource opportunities/constraints reviews, land management plans, wetland/stream/lake/floodplain delineations, plant/woodland/wildlife surveys, and floristic quality/ORAM/HHEI assessments. Developed reports and graphic presentations including site plans, applications, site assessments, alternative analyses, mitigation, and NPDES plans utilizing mapping, drafting, AutoCAD, rendering, photography, aerial photography interpretation, and presenting scientific data in graphs/tables/spreadsheets for internal, client, regulatory, and public hearing presentations. Provided expert witness/court testimony in legal cases. COMMUNICATIONS Collaborated with clients to assess client requirements, establish project objectives, develop project proposals, and to ensure project objectives were met, budgets and schedules maintained, regulatory red tape minimized, and clients concerns responded to in a timely manner. Maintained open lines of communication with project team, regulators, sub-consultants, and client to ensure project budget, schedules, and all needs of client were met.
