Utilize the technical manuals, field manuals, lubrication orders and appropriate maintenance forms that support TAMMS. In a classroom, given DA Pam 738-750, TM 5-332, TM 5-3895-241-12, LO 5-3895-241-12, complete equipment records folder with blank forms Complete appropriate maintenance records in accordance with (IAW) DA Pam 738-750, TM 5-332, TM 5-3895-241-12, and LO 5-3895-241-12. Achieve a minimum score of 70% on a written examination.

Instructional Guidance

Before conducting this evaluation, a. Ensure classroom is available and set up. b. Ensure all test materials are on hand. (See course manager for materials)

Learning Activity #1: Administer an examination AC Method of instruction: Instructor-to-student ratio: Time of instruction: TE2 1:12 1.5 RC TE2 1:12 1.5

1. Introduction a. Introduction of the instructor b. Motivational statement c. State action, conditions, standards, safety, risk assessment level, and environmental considerations.

2. Test administration procedures a. Distribute tests and answer sheets. b. Inform students not to open test booklet until told to do so. c. Explain the turn-in procedures for examination and all references.

d. Have students enter their complete names, SSNs, and the exam number on the top of the answer sheet. e. Inform students of the following (1) You must achieve a minimum score of 70% on this test. (2) On the answer sheet provided, fill in your response to each of the questions contained in the exam. (3) This is an open note, open book test. All course materials can be used. (4) DO NOT WRITE IN THIS TEST BOOKLET. (5) No talking during the examination. (6) Do not begin until told to do so. (7) When you have completed the exam, turn in the test booklet and your answer sheet to the instructor. Move to the break area until told to return to the classroom.

As students finish, collect their test materials and send them to the break area. When time expires, have remaining students immediately stop testing. Collect all test material and send students to the break area. Grade all remaining tests.

3. Conduct an informal review as appropriate. a. Ask the following questions and allow appropriate time for responses: (1) Was all the test information understood? (2) Were all the questions on the examination understood? (3) Did the test reflect the contents of the lesson plan and the information taught? (4) Does any portion of the class need more or less time, clarification, or practical exercise? (5) What percentage of students missed any one question? (6) Check each question and clarify as needed. (7) Was the time for the examination adequate? 4. Post Test Review Record each students performance on the student performance record and maintain in the course office.
