The second section specifies the styles for formatting headers in particularly complex texts. The third section specifies styles for formatting text, including prose indent, poetry, lists, and indented comments. The fourth section specifies styles for formatting text within footnotes, allowing for footnotes to have the full range of formatting options afforded text. The fifth section specifies how to number the twenty-two (22) levels of headers.
1. Page Layout

Indented comments There are thirteen styles for indented comments, beginning with the simple jj, and the remaining twelve all with the prefix jj such as jjt and jjo allowing you to do all of the above styles, but with a strong indent; for examples see the comments by Den-ma-lo-ch in the Seventy Topics translation, which employs most, if not all, of them.
Within footnotes, prose indents are handled by the following styles: fp footnote prose indent. This is prose indent within a footnote. It is 9 pts and exactly 10.8 pts line spacing. It has 6 pts before. The indents are .25" left and right. 2fp subsequent paragraphs of footnote prose indent. It is 9 pts and exactly 10.8 pts line spacing. The indents are .25" left and right. Indent first line with tab as needed (as with this specimin paragraph).
ft is used following footnote prose indent, footnote poetry, and footnote list indents. It has 6 pts before. fcont is used as a continuation after ft or ftxt; it is like ftxt but has no space before it.
