Opinion Survey for SMS Orientation Guide September 9, 2013 Introduction As I am participating in an internship opportunity for my Master of Education

Degree in Educational Technology this 2013 Fall semester, I have chosen a project that will hopefully be valuable to all of us at Schofield Middle School creation of an SMS Orientation Guide. We have all been, or currently are, new-comers to this establishment with varying experiences becoming acclimated. Helpful communication regarding the operations of this school can become difficult amid our daily schedules and responsibilities. Therefore, I ask that you please help me prepare this reference guide to include all pertinent information for operating successfully and efficiently at our workplace. Below I have identified those items I have initially identified for inclusion. Please provide your additions and/or comments specifically for those listed. This survey is being provided for anonymous participation in print or online at: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/CZFVNVR , however if you would like to be named as a contributor and/or are willing to provide formative and summative feedback please be sure to note that at the end. My intention is to have this become a fluid central repository of reference information or links for current and future staff and also, perhaps, for the community at large. Please complete online, or return paper copy to my mailbox, by 5:00 pm Friday September 20, 2013. Your Schofield team spirit of cooperation is greatly appreciated! Most sincerely,

Jean Pesce Personal Skills Teacher Room 416 jpesce@aiken.k12.sc.us
