TECH PROJECT REPORT

Project report should be neatly typed only on one side of the paper with 1.5-line spacing on A4 size bond paper. The margins should be aligned as eft ! 1."5#$ %ight ! 1#$ Top and &ottom ! 1#. The font type Times New Roman may be selected. ". &efore ta'ing the final printout$ the appro(al of the concerned guide)s* is mandatory and suggested corrections$ if any$ must be incorporated. 1. Anne/ure; Appendi/ should be numbered A$ &$ - etc. The page numbers for the Anne/ure or Appendi/ must be li'e A1$ A" etc. ,nly 10 units are to be used in the report. 0mportant e>uation should be numbered in decimal form and should be typed using e>uation editor. All e>uation numbers should be right justified$ for e.g.$ 4> )5.@* )in which 5 represents the chapter number and @ the e>uation number* The (ariables used in e>uations as well as in main body of the te/t should be in italics The project report should be brief and include description of wor' carried out by others only to the minimum e/tent necessary. Eerbatim reproduction of materials a(ailable elsewhere should be strictly a(oided. Ghere short e/cerpts from published wor' are desired to be included$ they should be within >uotation mar's appropriately referenced. Proper attention should be paid not only to the technical contents but also to the organisation of the report and clarity of the e/pression. 2ue care should be ta'en to a(oid spelling )4nglish ! 0ndia* and typing errors.
