Short description
Much more than in the past, leaders in business, government, and society alike are expected to explain their goals, values and actionsboth internally and to the public. For many, this is an area where they feel uneasy and insecure. The first day of this module will be dedicated primarily to camera training. The second day will focus on difficult communication situations. The principle guiding this module is that the public can and should be informed fairly and transparently, while at the same time the organization or company needs to preserve its interests. Public communication is not a meaningless show. It unfolds its power and effectiveness when it conveys credibility and values.
