General Tuition & Fees Policy

Tui3on & Fees described above are applied for 2013/2014 academic year.
Application Fee of Rp 100,000 applied to process the application.
Deposit is equal to 50% of the total amount of 1st semester tuition fee *
Semester tuition fees (for semester 2 onward) should be completed 7 days before each semester begins.
For any Overseas and Dual Degree Program, the tuition and fees will follow the regulation and tuition fees procedure of the Partner University.
Total tui3on fees for overseas programs applied for 7 semesters of study in Indonesia and 1 semester of study in IESEG School in France.
Total tui3on fees for Dual Degree programs applied for 4 semesters and 1 short semester of study in Indonesia and 2 semesters of study in IESEG School in France.
In order to complete the enrollment , prospected student should make payments of:
Deposit within 14 days of acceptance (i.e. when the Offer Letter is issued), and
Balance of 1st semester tuition fee 7 days before new student orientation begins.
Refund Policy
Deposit is refundable and an Administration fee of Rp 2,500,000 will be applied. In Circumstances:
Applicants fail to graduate from high school, or
Applicants accepted and enrolled to state university
Applicants withdraw from USBI before May 31st, 2013.
Balance will be refunded 75% if students withdraw from USBI within the first 7 days of the beginning of the first semester.
Tuition fees per semester will be refunded 75% if students withdraw from USBI within the first 7 days of the beginning of each semester.
