Brief Description ZF-252(L) GIS is researched and developed independently by us based on the conclusion of previous GIS. ZF-252 (L) GIS contains major substation equipments, such as circuit breaker, disconnector, earthing switch, current transformer, voltage transformer, lighting arrestor in the grounded aluminium alloy enclosure and common-enclosure busbar. The circuit breaker adopts the perfect nozzle to strengthen the arc crack ionization after the separation of contacts and improve the insulator between contacts to restore the strength after the crossing of short current zero. All compartments have been standarized and available to make different combination according to the consumers' requirements. Main Features1. High current carrying capacityThe rated current of ZF-252(L) GIS is 4000A. By introducing the automatic silver-coating line, all electrical contacting surface is automatically silver coated to ensure even thickness, high hardness, strong adhesion and high current capacity. 2. Aluminum enclosure with low temperture and strong anti-corrosionGIS enclosure is made of high strength aluminum alloy with light weight, low temperature rise and strong anti-corrosion property. 3. Excellent insulating propertyAll insulators are made by automatic casting line introduced from Hunbers, Germany. X-ray examination, mechanical tests, power frequency withstand voltage test, partial discharge test shall be performed on all insulators before the sealing package. 4 Outstanding Sealing
