Code of Conduct Streamates Limited 1 PERFORMER CODE OF CONDUCT Streamates Limited These guidelines are in place to ensure the

quality and integrity of our site an d its performers. Please read them carefully. Violation of any of these guidelin es can result in suspension or permanent closure of your account with Streamate Limited. 1. Only Registered Performers On Each Account You are in fact the individual registered to the account and displayed in the pr ofile. Accounts may NOT be recycled, shared or borrowed. Accounts found to host people other than the ones registered to the site will be closed immediately and payment will be withheld. 2. Documents Must Be Submitted For All Performers By appearing live you are verifying that you are 18 years of age and have submit ted all proper documentation to perform on the site. Only individuals who have s ubmitted documentation and have been approved to perform may appear on cam. Acco unts with performers who have not submitted documentation will be closed permane ntly. 3. No Below the Belt Nudity In Free Chat In order to prevent minors exposure to full nudity and adult material we require there to be no below the belt nudity in free chat. Topless is acceptable but ful l nudity is only allowed in age verified areas - also known as private or paid chat . Nudity in free areas will result in temporary suspension of your account. 4. Live Chat Code of Conduct Performer agrees that s/he will not violate any law concerning obscenity. Perfor mer shall not portray depictions of sex involving any person under the age of ei ghteen (18) years of age, rape, incest, bestiality, fisting, necrophilia, any fo rm of minor activity, urination and/or defecation. 5. Promotion Of Other Sites Is Not Allowed Promotion of other sites either by chat or text - this will result in permanent termination of your account and payment will be withheld. DO NOT promote other s ites on Streamate Limited. 6. Do Not Solicit Personal Contact With Customers While in chat, it is inappropriate to solicit for escort, prostitution, or perso nal contact with customers. That includes exchanging emails, addresses, online c hat IDs (Yahoo, MSN, ICQ, etc.). Accounts found to be participating in this type of activity will be terminated and payments will be withheld. 7. Your Account Will Be Closed For Fraudulent Activity* Fraudulent activity* of any sort will not be tolerated - should your account rec eive any complaints, chargebacks, or reports for fraud, your account will be ter minated on the first offense and payments will be withheld. Streamate Limited re serves the right to terminate any account at any time for any reason if fraud is suspected. *Fraudulent activity is defined as any activity on the site that results in comp laints, chargebacks, or is deemed inappropriate by Streamate Limited Staff. 8. Model Harassment Streamate does not condone model to model harassment. If you are found to be har assing, bothering, teasing, distracting and/or mocking other models (either as a model or a member), your account may be suspended or terminated. Streamate supp orts all models and wants everyone to succeed. We expect all models to behave ma turely and support each other. Code of Conduct Streamates Limited 2 9. Bio Picture Approval Images submitted to Streamate Limited for your bio must be approved. Images grap hic in nature or of below the waist nudity will not be approved. Streamate Limited Staff reserves the right to approve or reject any bio picture submitted. 10. Account Termination If you are no longer using your account, the account must be closed. Inactive ac

counts will be archived after a specific amount of time and cannot be recovered. Streamate Limited perfo rmer accounts can be terminated based on performance level or quality. Performers should strive to ma intain a reasonable performance level of time in paid chat vs time on line. 11. Non-competition Streamates agrees that Performer will be allowed to own and operate a personal w ebsite. Provided, that Performer agrees not to solicit customers and/or other Performers through h is/her personal website that is or may be in direct or indirect competition with Streamates. Performer f urther agrees not to release any email addresses or web page addresses to anyone without the explicit approval of Streamates. 12. Rule Amendments We reserve the right to add to or amend any rule/guideline as it becomes necessa ry.
