•• On the side which you want to feed irrigation, push the LightBlock Elbow onto the smooth end of a RainRail
Adapter, and insert the double-o ring end of the RainRail Adapter into the end of the top RainRail.
•• Push 1” x 10 5/8” section of pipe into the LightBlock Elbow.
•• Push LightBlock Tee onto a RainRail Adapter, insert top end of Tee into previously installed section of pipe, and
insert RainRail Adapter into end of second RainRail. Insert another piece of 1” x 10 5/8” pipe onto bottom end of
Tee. Repeat this step for all RainRails.
•• Secure all RainRail Adapters with set screws.
•• Cut 42” pipe to desired length, and push onto the bottom end of
the lowest LightBlock Tee. The pipe may extend as far down from the
wall as desired; however, at least 1 foot distance from pipe to ground LightBlock
is needed. Then, push 1” Light Block Male Adapter onto end of pipe Elbow

•• Insert RainRail End Plugs to all RainRails on the opposite side
to 1” LightBlock
(the side without irrigation) and secure with set screws.

•• Starting at the spigot, connect the top end of the Hose Timer. Install two AA Batteries in Hose Timer.
•• Attach Hose Timer to Brass Swivel Coupler.
•• Screw the Screen Filter into the Brass Swivel Coupler. Ensure that ARROWS ON THE SCREEN FILTER POINT IN
DIRECTION OF WATER FLOW / HOSE.
•• Screw the Brass Adaptor onto the Screen Filter. Wrap Brass Adapter threads and attach to Garden Hose.

•• Install perimeter HideAway brackets Space HideAway brackets close enough together to provide sufficient
support for facing against wind pressure.
•• Space brackets no greater than 24” on center.
•• Install trim boards (not included) onto HideAway Brackets.

•• FOR GREATEST EFFICIENCY, install Wall Planters from RIGHT TO LEFT due to overlapping lip orientation.
»» Install top row first, beginning with a 16” wide wall planters.
»» Planters in the first row are all 16” wide planters.
»» Push the top edge of the planter into the RainRail slot above it, and then drop the bottom edge down into
the lower RainRail slot.
»» The second row is installed beginning with an 8” wide WallTer module on the right hand side. This is
followed by a series of 16” modules, and ends with another 8” module.
•• Install WallTer Limiting Screw in score line toward top of WallTer module. (Optional for theft or wind resistance)

•• Install WallTer™ Inserts into the WallTer wall planters.
•• Run irrigation system for a couple of minutes to settle soil and prevent plant material from wilting.
•• Set hose timer to recommended irrigation settings listed in included LiveWall Maintenance Protocol, included.
