Why Toothpaste, Mouthwash And Flossing Isnt Enough...

As Dr Jung has stated in the video this simple technique was developed by Dr Joseph Phillips (1922-2003) a forward-thinking dentist. These brushes contain special bristles that are not found in normal toothbrushes. The bristles are especially textured to enhance their capillary action to suck up dental plaque that is associated with gum disease. The brushes also have rounded and polished bristle tips so that they are extra gentle on your gums. The brushes come in assorted colors.

They can also be used for regular tooth brushing or as a travel tooth brush because they have a container to protect the brush bristles. The brushes last as long as a normal tooth brush. But you will find that over time the bristles get dirty with food debris and dead skin cells. The optimal replacement time for brushes is every 2-4 weeks because afterwards the brushes are too dirty. Brushing And Flossing Could Bring About Gum Disease


Posted on January 20, 2012 by John Schmidt Lets face it: there isnt a significant amount of reliable information available out there that offers people like us a choice about how to care for their teeth and gums. Theres brushing and flossing and a mind boggling number of different varieties of toothbrushes, toothpastes and flosses with which to use, which brings us back to the basic brushing and flossing. Keeping in mind that 90% of all Americans are adversely affected by some type of gum disease (yes, kids as well) and the majority of people over sixty have few if any teeth at all. Just ask yourself: is brushing and flossing as good as they tell us? I used to think that if I cleaned my teeth two or more times each day energetically, flossed infrequently and crunched 1 or 2 apples each and every week my dental health would be fine. So why was I subject to the dentists drill so frequently over the years? A decade ago when I first I talked on the phone with Dr.. Joseph Phillips DDS, a light bulb flashed in my head. After all I had spent the 1st half of my life doing the wrong thing. Over a number of conversations between Doctor Phillips in Wisconsin and myself in sunny California, he helped me understand the Blotting Brushes and explained the mechanics of his patented Blotting Technique.
