my own e3perience of how powerful this "=ental .learin0$ process can be.
#s you already know! this simple process )Jm about to e3plain is somethin0 that ) ha1e been
usin0 personally. -hen ) first started usin0 it! my focus was purely on clearin0 out physical clutter
that ) knew were 1ery much associated to "mental Gunk$ )Jd been storin0 for years. -hen ) be0an! )
hadnJt realised the full impact of what completely "lettin0 0o$ of physical and mental clutter could
do! or how much "creatin0 a positi1e space$ could enable me to allow new thin0s into my lifeK
# few weeks into puttin0 the process to work! ) found that ) had enou0h "mental space$ to
think with a little more clarity! as well as a little more ener0y and so ) decided to see if ) could find
other resources to help me with becomin0 "unstuck$.
#s a 5ife .oach! )J1e always known the benefit of workin0 with someone on a re0ular basis.
For Muite a while! ) had been lookin0 for a coachin0 partner to =aster =ind with! but ne1er really
had any success. -hether it was the newly found space or Gust pure luck that enabled me to
actually find one! )Jm still not sure. Bein0 sceptical by nature! ) ori0inally put it down to the latter...
?pon reflection! it could also be ar0ued that it was because ) had a newly acMuired mental space
that it enabled me to think about who to contact in order to find someone who may be interested.
ure enou0h! it only took 6 phone calls and all of a sudden ) had a found a new coachin0 partnerK
,kay... so thatJs not seem so weird. But hereJs where thin0s 0et 1ery stran0e... in Muite a
ma0ical and wonderful wayK
# few weeks into my own personal ' tep .learin0 process! coupled with ha1in0 Gust found
another resource to help me "mentally clear$ issues throu0h a weekly sessions! ) recei1ed the
comment on the T#GRe site that youJ1e Gust read 7abo1e8 from "ashums$.
The email reply that ) sent to "ashums$ was followed by a series of email e3chan0es L all
on the same day. -ith each reply! ) found out a little more about the mysterious commenter on my
site. ) disco1ered her name was "asha$; we shared 1ery similar 1iews on "Think @ Grow Rich$ and
"helpin0 people$! and more importantly! she was an author of an eBook that sold well enou0h for
her to make a reasonable profit from.
To put the story into conte3t! what you ha1e to realise is that by this point ) had already
achie1ed a new habit of "clearin0$ and was in an e3cellent mental space. From this space! ) was
able to realise that there was a wonderful opportunity that had Gust appeared from nowhere. )t was
always my intention to create and sell my own eBook but didnJt ha1e the coura0e or con1iction to
make one or pursue this course of action.
#nd now! here was someone who had ma0ically appeared that ) could now learn from...

) want you to ima0ine a 0arden. This 0arden represents your =ind.
Four "Good ; Bositi1e$ thou0hts and ideas can be symbolically represented by wonderful
and beautiful plants inside this metaphorical 0arden. #nd the "Bad ; Ne0ati1e$ thou0hts can be
symbolically represented by weeds and old dead plants that you can ima0ine inside this "0arden$.
-hatJs important to note is that these "plants$ L the thou0hts and ideas in your =ind L will
all take up some space inside your "=ind Garden$.
-hen you ha1e any thou0ht! Gust ima0ine that itJs 0oin0 to take up some space. For
e3ample! perhaps you had a sceptical thou0ht or doubt about how this 0uide could be of any
practical use to you. -ell... that thou0ht Gust took up another space inside of your =indK
Now! if you were to consider how many "0ood$ and "bad$ plants you ha1e 0rowin0 inside

Hust like your ima0inary "0arden$! it could be said that your .onscious =ind has a limited
amount of space. The ?nconscious =ind! on the other hand! recei1es and stores e1erythin0 you
e1er e3perience from your senses! but we filter! 0eneralise and distort our e3perience and try to
make sense of them consciously&
"Broblems$ come about when we dwell on these e3periences and e1ents! and chew on
them consciously. ?sin0 the .onscious =ind we try and rationalise our e3periences and often 0et
cau0ht up in patterns that arenJt useful in terms of mo1in0 forward.
#s you can ima0ine! o1er time! the more thou0hts you ha1e the more space you use. Four
feelin0 of "Frustration$! ",1erwhelm$ or "Bein0 tuck$ is simply due to ha1in0 too much 0oin0 on
inside your mind. #ny thou0ht you possess L whether you hold it consciously or unconsciously 7
will reMuire some effort to hold on to them! process and deal with them. The thou0hts you think
may at times seem small 7e.0. ") really should clear away that cup from my desk$8 and at other
times seem Muite lar0e 7e.0. "How am ) 0oin0 to sur1i1e on P amount per monthC$8. #ll of those
thou0hts! re0ardless of their si2e! will take up some space.
o! if you feel stuck! unable to find your "Burnin0 +esire$! or frustrated at bein0 unable to
mo1e forward in your life! could it Gust be possible you Gust donJt ha1e the s#ace to thin( clearlyC
A 1or$ ,+ Caution
#s with the analo0y of the =ind Garden! your Thou0hts can "0row$ and also take up more
space.
)f you ha1e nice thou0hts! then "GreatK Good for youK$... but did you e1er consider what
happens when those Ne0ati1e Thou0hts and emotions be0in to 0rowC Ha1e youJ1e e1er i0nored a
problem and then ended up e1en more o1erwhelmed when you found it 0rew bi00er than you
could possibly ha1e ima0inedC
o! with all of these old 7and often ne0ati1e8 thou0hts takin0 up space! itJs not really difficult
to understand that there really isnJt any space for you to recei1e any new ideas! opportunities or
"positi1e thin0s$K How can you possibly e3pect for those "0ood thin0s$ you desire to be attracted
and come to you if you simply donJt ha1e the space to welcome itC
Hust like with the analo0y of The =ind Garden! to create space and allow new thou0hts!
ideas and opportunities to "0row$! you need to do a little bit of "clearin0 out$ in order for you to be
able to "0row$ new positi1e thin0sK
