Acesta este motto-ul J.u.A. Frischeis, motto mprtit de ctre toi angajaii. Drept rezultat, J.u.A. Frischeis a cucerit lumea lemnului. Astzi Frischeis ofer n 14 ri i n 50 de locaii cherestea, furnir, placaje, elemente de construcii plus o gam larg de servicii. Succesul Frischeis const n politica acesteia de a utiliza reele de distribuie regionale cu angajai n plan local, oferind o gam de produse adaptat cerinelor pieei. La sfritul anului 2009, Frischeis avea n jur de 1900 de angajai.

This is the motto at J.u.A. Frischeis and is shared by all employees. In return, J.u.A. Frischeis has captured the world of wood. Frischeis currently has nearly 50 locations in 14 countries, offering timber, veneers, boards, structural elements and related services. J.u.A. Frischeis este o companie privat austriac i reprezint cel mai bun partener n lemn i produse din lemn pentru domeniile comerului, prelucrrii lemnului i al revnzrii din Europa Central. Frischeis is a privately owned Austrian enterprise and is the leading partner in wood and wood products for the wood processing trade, retailers and special manufacturing companies in central Europe. Angajai
Angajaii sunt un important factor de succes pentru Frischeis. Acestora li se ofer sarcini provocatoare i oportuniti de dezvoltare personal. De asemenea li se ofer o remuneraie corect, n relaie cu performana lor. Managerii au rolul de exemplu i creeaz un mediu motivant, ncurajnd munca individual i clar orientat spre un scop. n relaiile zilnice este ncurajat cultura unui dialog deschis.

Depozitare/logistic
Frischeis depoziteaz 20.000 de produse diverse pe o suprafa total de 1.235.580 m, n 50 de locaii situate n 14 ri, avnd depozite construite pe o suprafa de 223.577 m. Alte 70.000 de produse stau la dispoziia clienilor prin livrarea zilnic a furnizorilor Frischeis. Marfa este preluat n dou schimburi cu ajutorul a 150 de motostivuitoare i furnizat clienilor prin intermediul celo 120 de camioane si vehicule ale firmei. Parcul auto cuprinde vehicule special concepute pentru transportul de produse din lemn i plci. Acestea parcurg un total de 10 milioane de kilometri anual. Pentru protectia mediului nconjurtor ns ncercm s asigurm transportul, pe ct posibil, prin intermediul trenurilor sau vapoarelor.

Employees
Employees are a major success factor for Frischeis. They are offered a challenging environment with opportunities for personal development and fair, performance related pay. Warehousing/logistics
20,000 Frischeis products are stored over a total surface area of 1,235,580 m at nearly 50 locations in 14 countries and 223,577 m of covered storage space. A further 70,000 products are available for customer delivery every day by Frischeis suppliers. Ordered goods are picked during a 2 shift operation using 150 forklift trucks and delivered by the companys own fleet of 120 trucks and vehicles. The fleet comprises vehicles especially designed for transporting timber and board products, which cover 10 million kilometers per year. For environmental reasons, goods are transported by ship and rail wherever possible.

Furnire
n cadrul concernului sunt stocai 15 mil. m de furnire din peste 140 de specii de lemn. Trei linii de sortare, aparate de msurare a culorii i arhivarea fotografic de mare rezoluie a ntregului depozit de furnir, ofer oportunitatea de a face o alegere att de simpl i exact pe ct este posibil. 20.000 de clieni de furnir mulumii pot confirma aceasta.

Producia de furnir
Butenii pentru furnir sunt achiziionai de ctre specialitii notri. Tierea acestora este monitorizat de ani. Din anul 2007 exist n Braov o producie proprie de cherestea i furnir. Lemnul de stejar, fag i cire este prelucrat pe trei linii de tiere, inclusiv un ferstru de band i un aparat de decojire.

Veneer
Across the company, 15 million m of veneers are stored in over 140 types of wood in all strengths. Three sorting lines, colour measuring devices (colorimeters) and high resolution photo archiving of the entire veneer store make selection as easy and precise as possible.

Veneer production
Veneer round timber is purchased by our own product specialists and piece-rate cutting has been monitored for years. A lumber and veneer production plant has been operating in Brasov, Romania, since 2007. Three cutting lines, including a band saw and a trimming unit process oak, beech and cherry.

Lemn de valoare
Lemnul valoros a fost dintotdeauna o parte din afacerea Frischeis. Frischeis cumpr din cele mai bune zone de cretere ale Europei i import cherestea de calitate de la parteneri puternici de peste oceane. Frischeis ofer prioritate att cerinelor atelierelor tradiionale de tmplrie ct i soluiilor rafinate ale industriei. Frischeis este n Europa acolo unde se regsesc resursele, organizat la faa locului de la cumprarea butenilor pn la tiere, i de la finisare pn la vnzare.

Construcii din lemn

n ultimii ani construcia cu lemn a luat amploare. Construciile din lemn au devenit o real alternativ pentru construcia tradiional, att pentru propriul cmin ct i pentru construcii cu mai multe etaje. Frischeis ofer o gam variat de produse, de la lemn de construcie i lemn rindeluit tradiional, KVH, grinzi duble i triple, i BSH laminat de calitate la vedere sau industrial, pn la programe de suport, ca de exemplu materiale de izolare, substructuri sau placare de perei.

High-value timber
High-value timber has always been a part of Frischeis core business. Frischeis buys from Europes best growing areas and imports high value timber from its capable partners overseas. Frischeis gives the same priority to traditional cabinet makers needs as it does to refined solutions to industry. Frischeis is on site in Europe, where the resources grow from round timber to sawn timber; from finishing to sales.

Timber construction
Timber construction has experienced a real boom in recent years. It has become a genuine alternative to conventional home building and multi-storey housing. Frischeis offers a product range from traditional construction and planed timber, KVH, dual and triple timber and BSH laminated timber in layered construction quality to supporting programmes in various insulations, substructures and wall claddings.

Placajul, n numeroasele sale variante, este materialul ideal pentru construcii, pentru utilizarea n construcia de maini, de la camioane pn la avioane. De asemenea este utilizat ca i material decorativ de ctre arhiteci i designeri. Frischeis ofer o gam larg de produse din placaj din toat lumea, i asigur n acelai timp i o consiliere corespunztoare.

De la nceputurile n care orientarea era spre butean i produse din butean, Frischeis s-a ndreptat n direcia comerului cu plci care au la baz lemnul. Astzi plcile reprezint cea mai mare parte a vnzrilor.
