the jurors should be from out of county due to the intimidation that we all felt during this trial.

I was the jury foreperson in the trial held in the above-entitled matter from September 9 - i3, 2013. Our jury deliberated on Thursday and Friday. The jury disregarded the Courl's instruction and many peopie spoke about the evidence throughout the

At least l5oh of thejurors made one or more of the above comments. It was my impression that the jurors were afraid of retaliation by the deputies.

The undersigned is fearful about retaliation at the present time and is concerned for the safety of myself and my family. g. At one point in time dr-rring our deliberations, one of the court bailiffs who was guarding us commented about the evidence. He had come into the jury room during a break and heard us discussing an issue and he "explained" the testimony to us. g. In my opinion, if this case is re-tried, it should be held in a county other than Walworth and that the jurors should be from out of county due to the intimidation that we all felt during this trial. 10.
