IWCK INTERNATIONAL WOMENS CLUB OF KYIV CHARITY GRANTS COMPETITION -2008GUIDELINES AND CRITERIA

1. Gu !"# $"%& IWCK will issue grants to organizations to provide direct program services to the most marginalized persons in each of the four viable groups of beneficiaries: Children Women Elderly Disabled

Organizations interested in participating in the IWCK Charity rants Competition may receive an application from IWCK by email re!uest at office"iwc#$org or download the application from the IWCK website at www$iwc#$org $ %%%IWCK staff&members will NOT be available to answer any !uestions regarding the grants competition$ rant applications must be submitted to the IWCK office located at '( )ush#ins#aya* apt +, -entrance .+* door code /+01* Kyiv* 0,002 by 15.00h on January 31, 00!. 3pplications submitted after that time will not be accepted under any circumstances. 2. E# ' ( # )* C+ )"+ ,& Will only fund 4#rainian registered organizations that are non5governmental organizations -6 Os1 with the e7ception of selected government institutions wor#ing in social protection issues directly related to the needs of IWCK beneficiary groups$ 3pplicants -6 Os1 must submit copies of statutes and registration documents -one copy of original document$1 8he organization is neither a branch of a political party or engaged in any partisan activities$ 8he organization is willing to contribute at least ,+9 of the total program budget* in5#ind and&or in cash$ 6 Os are encouraged to obtain community* corporate and&or local government contributions in cash or in5#ind$ rant amounts cannot e7ceed a ma7imum of 100-000 UAH 8he pro:ect should be of duration of one year or less$ rant awards will be announced 3pril /* /00;$ rant applications must be submitted in English -four copies$1
