Internship Trainee as an Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer in OGDCL at Dhodak Gas Condensate Plant
and Dakani Gas Processing Plant. (06-12-2003 to 07-06-2004).

Job Responsibilities:
I provided following facilities as a (E & I) Engineer during operation & execution of OGDCL Plants.

AC, DC motors up to 500KW.

To look after power generation through turbine 2.5 MW at Dakani.
Operation and execution of four caterpillar generators each of 750|KW Ratting at Dhodak.
Control all LV & MV Motors from main control room through LV,MV switch gear.
Process control By providing set points from main control room through PLC & DCS operating station.
Calibrate all transmitters and control valves by using hart & smart communicator.

Engineering General Responsibilities:

I provided following facilities as a (E & I) Engineer during operation & execution of different Plants.

Low voltage 380V & High voltage Switch gears 11kv. (air, oil, gas & vacuum type)
Diagnosing & Rectification of various faults with the help of manufacturer drawings & manuals.
Protection & Control of main Generating unit up to 65MW including electro-mechanical auxiliaries.
Protection & control of 380V, 6.6KV, 11KV, Switch Gears & Power Transformer up to 270MVA.
