Graphic Design & Video Production Manager Mexico Opportunity Corporate continues its global expansion and is seeking

talented leaders with entrepreneurial spirit to build and launch operations in Mexico. One of the key roles is the Graphic Design & Video Production Manager. Based out of our Mexico City office, this individual will help to build and manage the Creative function, supporting Mexico and other new country launches in the region, as an extension of the Latin America Marketing Team based in Concord, NC USA. This individual will work hand-inhand with Mexicos Country Manager and the Director of Marketing, Latin America. The role will also work closely with domestic partners and will be responsible for providing key insight to the core Latin America team. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded, self-starter who brings a high level of energy, and can thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. He/she is responsible for Creative functions such as graphic design, video production management and photography. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS ? Work as an extension of the corporate Latin America Marketing team based in Concord, NC USA ? Meet with business owners/product marketing team to establish a vision for graphic design, photography or video projects (pre & post production) ? Plan concepts by studying competitive landscape and incorporating key stakeholder feedback ? Develop layout and production design of magazines, newsletters, presentations ? Design print and digital collateral, including but not limited to brochures, newsletters, presentations, promotional materials, and web pages and logos ? Manage photography and/or videography of corporate events ? Plan and manage product photography and/or video production ? Responsible for managing vendor relationships in Mexico, as needed ? Other activities as assigned KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILIITIES REQUIRED

? Understanding of Multilevel Marketing or direct selling industry preferred ? Experience in marketing health, beauty, nutritional consumer products preferred ? Thrives in a fast paced environment with the ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities effectively. ? A minimum of conversational English preferred ? Ability to interact with teams located in different locations. ? Must be self-motivated and highly resourceful, not dependent on large corporate staffs ? Must be able to meet deadlines ? Must possess good presentation skills ? Should be creative and flexible in nature ? Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier and Microsoft Office Suite, Job Requirements: ?
