INTRODUCTION
The ability to read is one determiner of students success or failure. We must form the habit of reading. A good reader has a better opportunity for greater achievement and improve other skills how: listening, speaking and writing. there is an urgent need to investigate into the causes of poor reading comprehension to find the solution of the problem. Reading is a key part of learning a second language. If we are good reader will have success.

WHAT IS READING SKILLS?


It refers to the specific ability that anable a person to read with independence and interact with the messagge.

GOALS OF READING:
Asking a learner to "read" a text requires that teachers specify a reading goal. One minimal goal is to ask the learner to find particular grammatical constructions or to identify new words and lexicon of the target language.

HOW CAN WE DEVELOP STUDENTS READING SKILLS?


The first step towards improvement of the students reading skills is being aware that it is our job as instructor to help them develop the reading skills and to include it in our course.

Characteristics of Considerate Text Three characteristics help define considerate text: clear text structures, coherent writing, and audience awareness. CONCLUSIONS
The writers uses description to give hints of giving information. This makes the story more exciting and interesting. Conclusions is very important in understanding what is happening in a story. As you read, think about the characters, setting, problem, plot, and solution. Did the author give you any clues to think about? Use the story clues and what you already know from your own experiences (prior knowledge)
