In fulfillment to our engagement, we have made an investigation and appraisal of
three (3) transportation equipment as exhibited to us by WRIGLEY
PHILIPPINES, INC. inspected at Wrigley Factory Plant, Marcos Highway, Sitio
Puting Bato, Barangay Inarawan, Antipolo City, Province of Rizal. Report sets forth
our value conclusion, along with supporting data and reasoning, which form the
basis of our opinion.
The value opinion reported is qualified by certain definitions, limiting conditions, and
certifications, which are set forth on this report. Based on the foregoing, the Market
Value of the transportation equipment subject to the assumptions and limitations as
stated in this report appraised as of October 25, 2013 are as follows:
