I, the undersigned vehicle owner, knowing that Built Not Bought Magazine, The Octane Media Group, and the photographer are relying thereon, hereby certify as follows: I am the owner of the vehicle identified in and who executed this Vehicle Owner Release. I am of lawful age to contract and am competent to contract in my own name insofar as this agreement is concerned. I grant the photographer the executive and absolute right and explicit permission to the ownership of the photographs that are taken during the photo shoot. I acknowledge and agree that Built Not Bought Magazine and the Octane Media Group has permission to license the use of these same photographs in their publication, to print the images, and to distribute them via their digital channels (facebook, twitter, website) for promotional purposes. I hereby wave any right to inspect or approve said images of me and any advertising copy that would coincide with said images, and I also wave any claim that I may have at any time to the eventual use to which the same may be applied. I hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless, Octane Media Group, Built Not Bought Magazine, and the photographer against any and all liability, claims, actions, and/or obligations as a result of taking, processing, editing, or reproduction of the finished product.

I, the undersigned photographer, agree to license the use of the photographs of the above-mentioned vehicle to Built Not Bought Magazine and Octane Media Group, to print these photographs and distribute them for publication or promotional purposes. I also wave any claim that I may have at any time to the eventual use for this publication and its promotional usage only. I hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless, Octane Media Group and Built Not Bought Magazine against any and all liability, claims, actions, and/or obligations as a result of this creative license.
