Use of the Present Perfect

This present perfect refers to an action which happened at an unstated time in the past. The exact time is NOT mentioned. Eg: She has written five letters. For actions which started in the past and still continue in the present. Eg: I have worked in this company for five years. For actions which have recently finished and the results are visible. Eg: Ive just finished the report.
