At tehat instant& arlo& who was driving& saw another tractor1trailer collide with one of the trailers. 4nfortunately for that driver& the im(act was severe& shearing off the to( of his cab and causing significant injuries to his back and face. arl saw the debris go flying from the im(act and immediately brought his vehicle to a safe sto(. $va called 5++ and then got on the B radio to warn a((roaching traffic to slow down. arl jum(ed out and a((roached various drivers involved in the accident to see if they were okay. 3hen a highway (atrol officer arrived& he and arl began searching for the driver of the sheared tractor trailer& but found no one inside.
