Managed a $150 million acquisition portfolio consisting of 20 projects in four states; arranged, negotiated, and closed approximately 50 predevelopment, acquisition, bridge, construction, and permanent loans; negotiated and closed limited partnerships for the syndication of low-income housing tax credits and the purchase of tax-exempt bonds; created financing products that allowed small business and nonprofit entities to maximize service output and job creation.
