* Main ResponsibiIities:
- Source Inspection Coordinator (SIC) works closely with the respective Buyers & Package engineers, in order to ensure
that the sourced items, engineered packaged equipment / items are made available for inspection at right stage of
manufacture, at the right time & at the right conditions at the respective vendors locations and that they concur with the
requirements of the respective ITPs, procedures & specs/codes, including the despatch of goods with an appropriate IRN
before being shipped out.
* Primary Duties & AccountabiIities:
-Review the POs, ITPs, manufacturing & QA/QC proc for all "sources" from where the goods are being procured for the
project to ensure compliance with all QA/QC requirements, including attending meetings with customers, vendors & other
depts..
- In case of ambiguities identified during manufacturing of any items / equipments; in review of Specs or any vendor docs;
in coordination with all relevant parties / departments - shall get it all clarified with help of SQ / TQ, waivers / concession /
amendments.
-Review, coordinate & approve vendor's ITP, inspection reports & IRNs at site w.r.t. the requirements of ITP (inspection
& test plan), FAT ( factory acceptance test ) &/or FT ( function/Hydrotest test).
-Reports weekly on the progress & status of the assigned POs under process and high lights issues requiring attention &
action from PTSC M&C, customer &/or the vendor.
-Coordinate & arrange for all 3rd party CA (certifying Authority) inspection requirements, & source inspection
arrangements, as required & deemed essential for the respective equipment.
-Issues pertaining & impacting cost, quality & schedule, shall be highlighted to PQM & PM immediately when discovered
/ identified at vendor's location.
-Prepare close-out & release / receiving report from site for vendor's Final MDR ( manufacturer's data reports) upon
receipt of equipment in the yard along with the customer vendor reps

* QuaIifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from an accredited university in Technical
- At least 4 years experience, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry
- Excellent English skills
- Demonstrated IT application skills
* Desired Characteristics:
- Diligent, disciplined and able to work under pressure.
