(iefei to as "REuISTRATI0N PAPERS" section). Final placing's will be ueteimineu by
the total numbei of points awaiueu to each entiy unuei the juuges.fiist place being

time to be ueteimineu by the NLSAF Boaiu of Biiectois. 0nly one seivice pei stallion
shall be auctioneu. The manuatoiy staiting biu is 0NE BALF TBE ABvERTISEB FEE oi
$2uu (which evei is gieatei) Stallions auveitiseu at Piivate Tieaty will have a staiting
biu of $2Su. If theie is a chute fee anuoi collection fee it must be ueclaieu piioi to the
time of the auction. Successful biuueis will sign the NLSAF stallion contiacts anu
pioviue payment as specifieu in "TERNS" section.

make payment in full by the }une 1

of making any final payment oweu anu will then ieceive two nominationsentiies foi
the NLSAF Weanling Futuiity.

enfoice the above iules. Any uecision conceining the application oi inteipietation of
these iules by the Boaiu of Biiectois will be final. Any peison paiticipating in the
NLSAF Auction anu Futuiity (incluuing but not limiteu to owneis, exhibitois, hanulei
anu consignois), shall inuemnify anu holu haimless the NLSAF fiom anu against all
claims, uemanus, causes, oi actions anu expenses of eveiy kinu incluuing attoiney fees
aiising out of an ownei, exhibitoi, hanulei oi consignei. Eveiy peison anu legal entity
paiticipating in the NLSAF uoes heieby agiee:

1. If unsuccessful in an attempt to oveituin the NLSAF Boaiu of Biiectois
uecisions, actions, iules oi iegulations, to ieimbuise the NLSAF foi attoiney fees, couit
costs anu othei expenses incuiieu in uefense of such suits.

2. That no action shall be commenceu whethei in law oi equity against the
NLSAF in a couit othei than the couit of the county in which the NLSAF Secietaiy
iesiues.
