Procedure for saving work

The computers in the CAD lab have a program called Deep Freeze installed on them. Deep
Freeze deletes everything that is saved on the hard drive. Each student has his/her own personal
drive to save their work. Students must save their work on their personal drive. I recommend that
students save their work on a thumb drive as well.
SELECTING “SAVE” WILL NOT SAVE YOUR WORK!

Make-up Work, Citizenship and Attendance

Basic class policy will follow District and School policy. Students that are excused can make-up
missed work within one week. However, daily participation points can only be made-up before or
after school.

Tardy Policy
Class tardy policy will follow SCHS tardy policy. Students are expected to be in their seats
working on their bell work when the tardy bell rings. Bell work will not be handed out to students
who arrive to class after the tardy bell rings.
Disciplinary Procedures
Students are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is in accordance with school
policies in which their behavior will not have a negative effect on the progress of the class
curriculum or hinder the learning opportunities of themselves or other students in the class.
Depending on the severity of the offense, the teacher has the right to skip any of the following
consequence steps at her discretion.
First offense: verbal warning
Second offense: verbal warning and 10 participation points deduction
Third offense: additional 10 participations deduction and parental contact
Forth offense: discipline referral

Internet/Computer Use
All students must familiarize themselves with the WCSD Acceptable Use Policy. Failure to comply
with the policies related to computer and internet use may result in revocation of the internet and
computer privileges may result in removal from the class, and/or disciplinary action.

Academic Dishonesty
Cheating is a direct contradiction to our mission at SCHS and will not be tolerated. If a student is
caught cheating on an assignment(s), the student will receive an “F” on that assignment(s). If a
student is caught altering grades for himself or for anther student by request, the students will
receive a NC (no credit for the classes in which the grades were altered.
