To Careers Executive:

I am writing to express my interest in the position of Manager, e-Learning Ontario as

mentioned on the OPS website and have enclosed my resume for your consideration.

Review of my credentials will confirm that I have served as a catalyst for developing and
implementing customer service programs and standards, complemented by high-caliber general
management qualifications, and a proven track record in delivering value to client organizations.

For example, I have provided outstanding leadership performance in both start-up and
turnaround efforts, for an underperforming youth centre. I captured $45,000 in Trillium funding after
the previous management had been declined, drove forward positive organizational change and
transformed it into a synergized, integrated youth centre. My achievements in program development
are equally notable, delivering creative and innovative strategies and plans, to ensure the future
success of the youth centre.

Other highlights of my background that may be of interest to you include:

• Strategic-focused leadership style
• Extensive knowledge of the Ontario Public Service and e-Learning program within a
school board setting.
• Proven ability in developing operational standards and implement creative and
innovative strategies and plans.
• Demonstrate strong management and leadership skills
• Excellent relationship management, negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.

With strong communication skills and dynamic presentation/public speaking style, let me also
note that one of my greatest strengths is my ability to build relationships within and outside
an organization.

As described, the position of Manager, e-Learning Ontario, sounds like a perfect match
and I would very much appreciate the chance for a personal interview. Thank you in advance
for your time.

Sincerely,
Jackie Agnew S.S.W./Counsellor
