Oceaneering developed an Installation Workover Control System (IWOCS) in 1990 for use with a mudline tree. Now, Oceaneering offers a large fleet of leased IWOCS designed for all types of installations or workovers, including deepwater projects. Dedicated IWOCS project managers, engineers and technicians oversee and maintain the fleet for daily operations. With dozens of IWOCS units available on call, customers can perform installations and workovers as required on trees from all equipment manufacturers. Oceaneerings IWOCS experience includes record water depths and working pressures to 15,000 lb. Custom capabilities and systems are also offered. Utility Reels
Oceaneering also offers smaller utility/single line reels. Available with single hydraulic, HCR flat-pack, or a variety of electric down lines, these umbilical reels fill specific project needs economically.
Pumping Systems
Installation and workover projects typically require large volume chemical injection pumping systems. Oceaneerings IWOCS include Chemical Injection Systems with pressures ranging to 20,000 psi. All Oceaneering chemical pumps are provided with rig ready bumper systems, manifolds and certified lifting gear.
Accumulator Racks
Oceaneering configures accumulator racks for specific hydraulic requirements, when needed.
Flushing Units
Flushing units are available with the Oceaneering IWOCS to provide efficient filtration of control fluids. Each unit comes ready for work with a rig ready bumper system.
Tuggers
Oceaneering can provide tuggers for any IWOCS application. Available in a wide range of pull ratings, power sources, braking and wire capacities, Oceaneering can provide a job specific tugger for your application.
Mechanical Guillotines
Oceaneerings mechanical guillotines are the simplest configuration for disconnection. The guillotines provide a single point location for the re-termination of the umbilical in the event of a drive off. The guillotines are fixed to a stationary location and are activated by the severing of a shear pin. They are supplied proof tested for a specific load range.

Hydraulic Guillotines
Oceaneerings hydraulic guillotines are similar in principle to the mechanical guillotines. The hydraulic type provides direct user control of the guillotine shearing action.
Gang Boxes
Utilized for small packages of equipment, gang boxes are constructed of aluminum and steel as required for the project. The boxes are modified on a project by project basis according to job specifications.
Containers
Typically supplied with a complete IWOCS system, Oceaneering containers are used for bulk storage. The containers meet standard ISO specifications for 10, 20, or 40-foot models and are internally modified as required.
Work Vans
Very similar to our storage containers, Oceaneering offers ISO compliant shipping containers that are internally modified to meet project needs. Typically outfitted with work spaces, small parts storage and lighting, work vans provide a location for maintenance tasks that is isolated from rig work.
Hydrotesting HPUs
Oceaneering offers hydrotesting HPUs for pressures to 30,000 psi, with flow rates up to 4 gallons per minute. Pneumatic or eclectically driven HPUs are available. All units are supplied with certified slings and are approved for offshore use.

Chart Recorders
Oceaneerings calibrated chart recorders are battery powered timing mechanisms that allow printed reports for pressure testing. The timers enable the operator to choose from various settings.
