YOU AGREE THAT YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE WEBSITE CONSTITUTES YOUR

Policy and may incorporate by reference policies published elsewhere on the Website, state
Cisco''s requirements for use of the Website. Use of these or any other interactive areas of the
Website constitutes acceptance of these legal terms and conditions. The message boards on the
site are intended for discussion of all aspects of the Academy Program, related curricula, and
teaching/learning issues. They are not provided for customer service inquiries, questioning Cisco
business decisions, or asking about unreleased products. This requires the participants in
message boards and the users of the Website to cooperate fully and to meet each other''s
expectations for appropriate behavior.

2. You acknowledge and agree that Cisco may collect personally identifiable information from
you and use such information in accordance with Cisco''s then-current privacy policy, the terms
and conditions of which are available here. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree and
acknowledge that information that you provide for your Website user profile will be accessible by
other users of the Website, and you agree that all information that you provide for the foregoing
purpose will be accurate and not misleading. In the event you are a current student in a
Networking Academy program, note that any personally identifiable information you provide as
part of your use of this site will be accessible to other users irrespective of the information you
may provide as a current student. Therefore, the possibility exists that your disclosure of
personally identifiable information to this Website may supersede the default disclosure policies
selected by your individual Academy.

3. In making available this Website (including without limitation its discussion boards, real-time
chat, and all other interactive features), it is Cisco''s intention to maintain an informative and
valuable service that meets the needs of its users and is free from verbal abuse, violations of
privacy, disruptive or malicious conduct, and other harmful activities. By using this Website, you
agree to refrain from engaging in any of the foregoing conduct. Cisco prohibits posting of
threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene,pornographic, or other material that would violate any
law. You agree not to post any information that may infringe upon or violate any third party''s
intellectual property rights, including, without limitation, copyright, patent,trademark, trade secret,

4. Except for discussion boards that expressly permit Networking Academy participants to
discuss potential career opportunities, this Website is not to be used as a solicitation for business.

5. We welcome your participation in our online communities. However, in so participating,

distribute, post, include, link to, or otherwise upload to the Website. You agree that Cisco is only
acting as a venue and that Cisco has no liability related to the content of any message board
posting or any other user-created content on its Website, whether or not arising under the laws of
copyright, libel, privacy, obscenity, or otherwise. By its very nature, the information available in
these message boards is changed frequently, may be offensive, harmful, or inaccurate and in
some cases may be mislabeled or deceptively labeled. We do not make any representation or
warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of such information
nor do we undertake to update or correct such information. Without limiting the foregoing, you
agree and acknowledge that Cisco is not responsible for any job placement, career development,

in San Francisco County, California, and you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction and venue of

be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be
enforced. Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to
act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.

terms of use at this URL and affected message boards by posting notice of amendment no less
than five (5) days prior to the effective date of such amendment. You agree that any continued
use of this Website after the effective date of such amendment shall signify your express
acceptance of any such change.

any media now known or not currently known, with respect to any content you provide to us in
any public space on this Website or in any e-mail that you provide to us through this Website.

15. We will treat any feedback or suggestions you provide us as non-confidential and non-
proprietary. Thus, please do not submit confidential or proprietary information to us unless we
have mutually agreed in writing otherwise.
