Boys & Girls Club of Salem, Marion and Polk Counties
Its mission is to inspire and enable all youth grades1-12 to realize their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens through the development of a positive self image and self reliance. The club provides positive, guidance-oriented activities to over 11,300 youth each year through eight dedicated youth facilities, a health services center and community athletic leagues. Club memberships are only $5 per year and the programs we offer are made possible by the generous support of our community.
Camp Starlight
Provides children whose lives have been affected by HIV/AIDS the opportunity to enjoy a caring, safe, recreational, spiritual and fun camping experience. This is their time to play, learn, explore and create friendships in a safe place where they know they are accepted, supported and loved. The organization is dedicated to promoting and perpetuating Irish heritage and culture in the Willamette Valley, primarily through social events that incorporate music and dance.
