The obligation of the manufacturer under this warranty is limited to replacement or repair, at its option, of the product or of any defective portions thereof. This warranty extends to the first purchaser only and does not apply to conditions resulting from abuse, misuse, alteration, negligence, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear. Unauthorized repairs or tampering with the product will void this warranty in its entirety. ASSEMBLY
Tools Required
#2 and #3 Phillips Screwdrivers Adjustable Wrench 2. Assemble a long lower cross brace (C) to two legs (E). Make sure flange side is in the LOWER position. (Flange side has mitered corners.) See Figure 2.

NOTE: Use pan head screws (K) and nuts (L) to assemble all components except the tabletop and leveling device. NOTE: Initially, loosely assemble metal components. Fully tighten components at the end of the assembly process. 1. Assemble a long upper cross brace (A) to the two legs (E). Long cross brace (A) is assembled to INSIDE of legs (E). See Figure 1.

3. Repeat assembly of long upper cross brace (A) and long lower cross brace (C) for the other two legs (E). 4. Connect the four legs by assembling two short upper cross braces (B) and two short lower cross braces (D). See Figure 3.

5. Tighten all fasteners completely.

Attach Footpads
Assemble the leveling device into one of the footpads. See Figure 4. 1. Insert countersink screw (M) into pad (P). 2. Thread countersink screw (M) with pad (P) into first nut (N). 3. Place washer (Q) and second nut (N) on top of footpad (F). Thread countersink screw (M) through footpad (F), washer (Q), and second nut (N).

F (4) Slide one footpad (F) onto the bottom of each leg. (One footpad will include the leveling device.) Align large corner radius of foot pad and corner radius of leg. Start corner radius of foot pad on angle as shown. See Figure 5.

Assemble Tabletop

2. Place the assembled frame on the boards. Thread pan head wood screws (R) with washers (S) through slots in frame into the five holes used in each board. NOTE: The center screws lock the board tops in position and have one washer (S) under the screw head and one additional washer (S) between the frame and the board. See Figure 8.

S (12) Assemble tabletop in one of three positions. For a solid surface, place edges of boards together. The remaining two positions are for mounting larger bench tools. See figure 6.

To assemble table top, 1. Place the two, thick boards (G, H) print-side-down on a flat surface and spaced to fit the mounting footprint of your tool. See figure 7.

To use Work Station with a table saw, use largest opening so debris does not accumulate. Drill holes as needed into table top. Mount tool with nuts and bolts (not included). See Figure 9.
CAUTION

Be careful to avoid the frame when drilling holes. Failure to use largest opening could cause fire.

NOTE: Lower cross braces should have flanges in the lower position to cradle the lower shelf. See Figure 10. 1. Shelf comes in two pieces (J). Slide one piece onto flange and underneath cross brace bolts. 2. Slide second piece onto other side. J J

LEVELING
To level the Work Station on an uneven surface, turn the screw in the leveling device. Move the device in and out to raise or lower level of the footpad. NOTE: If necessary, interchange position of footpads on Work Station in order to obtain maximum leveling capability.

NE PAS travailler ou placer les pieds du chevalet pour scie onglets sur un sol avec de la sciure, de l'huile, de l'eau ou de la cire qui risquent de le rendre glissant.

2. Assembler un long renfort infrieur (C) aux deux pieds (E). S'assurer que le ct de la collerette est en position ABAISSE. (Les coins du ct de la collerette sont onglets.) Voir la figure 2.

REMARQUE : Utilisez les boulons (K) et les crous (L) pour monter tous les components sauf le dessus de table et le dispositif de mise niveau. REMARQUE : Dans un premier temps, assembler grossirement les composants mtalliques. Serrer compltement les composants la fin du processus d'assemblage. 1. Assembler un long renfort suprieur (A) aux deux pieds (E). Le long renfort (A) est assembl l'INTRIEUR des pieds (E). Voir la figure 1.

Fixer les patins

Assembler le mcanisme de nivellement dans l'un des patins. Voir la figure 4. 1. Insrer une vis conique (M) dans un patin (P). 2. Fileter la vis conique (M) avec le patin (P) dans le premier crou (N). 3. Placer la rondelle (Q) et le deuxime crou (N) sur le patin (F). Fileter une vis conique (M) travers le patin (F), la rondelle (Q) et le deuxime crou (N).

F (4) Faire glisser un patin (F) au bas de chaque pied. (Le mcanisme de nivellement sera fix sur l'un des patins.) Aligner le grand rayon de bec du patin et le rayon de bec du pied. Commencer le rayon de bec du patin l'angle comme indiqu. Voir la figure 5.

Assembler la surface de la table

2. Placer le chssis assembl sur les planches. Fileter les vis bois tte tronconique (R) avec les rondelles (S) travers les fentes du chssis dans les cinq trous utiliss dans chaque planche. REMARQUE : Les vis centrales bloquent la partie suprieure des planches en position et doivent avoir une rondelle (S) sous la tte de la vis et une autre rondelle supplmentaire (S) entre le chssis et la planche. Voir la figure 8.

Assembler la surface de la table dans l'une des trois positions. Pour que la surface soit solide, placer les extrmits des planches ensemble. Les deux autres positions servent monter des outils d'tabli plus grands. Voir la figure 6.

La vis centrale ncessite une rondelle supplmentaire entre la surface de la table et le chssis.

Pour utiliser le poste de travail avec un plateau scie, se servir de la plus grande ouverture pour viter que les dbris ne s'accumulent. Percer les trous dans la surface de la table, le cas chant. Monter l'outil avec les crous et les boulons (non inclus). Voir la figure 9. Veiller viter le chssis en perant les trous. Ngliger d'utiliser la plus provoquer un incendie.

REMARQUE : Les collerettes des renforts infrieurs doivent se trouver en position abaisse pour soutenir l'tagre infrieure. Voir la figure 10. 1. L'tagre est livre en deux parties (J). Faire glisser une partie dans la collerette et sous les crous des renforts. 2. Faire glisser la deuxime partie dans l'autre ct.

NIVELLEMENT
Pour niveler le poste de travail sur une surface irrgulire, tourner la vis du mcanisme de nivellement. Bouger le mcanisme vers l'extrieur et vers l'intrieur ou abaisser le niveau du patin. REMARQUE : Le cas chant, changer la position des patins sur le poste de travail afin d'obtenir une capacit de nivellement maximale.

Instale las protecciones de los apoyos

Instale el dispositivo para nivelar en la proteccin de uno de los apoyos. Consulte la Figura 4. 1. Inserte el tornillo para embutir (M) en la proteccin (P). 2. Atornille el tornillo para embutir (M) con la proteccin (P) en la primera tuerca (N). 3. Coloque la rondana (Q) y la segunda tuerca (N) encima de la proteccin del apoyo (F). Atornille el tornillo para embutir (M) a travs de la proteccin del apoyo (F), la rondana (Q) y la segunda tuerca (N).

Deslice una proteccin del apoyo (F) en el extremo inferior de cada pata. (Una de las protecciones incluye el dispositivo para nivelar). Alinee el radio grande de la esquina de la proteccin del apoyo y el radio de la esquina de la pata. Inicie el radio de la esquina de la proteccin del apoyo en un ngulo como se muestra. Instale la tabla de la mesa

2. Coloque la estructura armada sobre las tablas. Atornille los tornillos para madera cabeza redonda (R) con rondanas (S) a travs de las ranuras en la estructura en los cinco orificios usados en cada tabla. NOTA: Los tornillos centrales aseguran las tablas en su posicin y tienen una rondana adicional (S) bajo la cabeza del tornillo y una rondana adicional (S) entre la estructura y la tabla. Consulte la Figura 8.

Instale la tabla de la mesa en una de tres posiciones. Para una superficie slida, coloque las orillas de las tablas juntas. Las otras dos posiciones son para montar herramientas de banco ms grandes. Consulte la Figura 6.

Para utilizar la Estacin de Trabajo con una sierra de banco, use la abertura ms grande de modo que el desperdicio no se acumule. Taladre los orificios que se necesiten en la tabla de la mesa. Monte la herramienta con tornillos y tuercas (no se incluyen). Consulte la Figura 9.

NIVELACIN
Para nivelar la Estacin de Trabajo en una superficie dispareja, gire el tornillo del dispositivo para nivelar. Mueva el dispositivo hacia adentro y hacia afuera para levantar o bajar el nivel de la proteccin del apoyo. NOTA: Si es necesario, intercambie la posicin de las protecciones de los apoyos con el fin de obtener la mxima posibilidad de nivelacin.
