    Meena caste and title does not reserved under the scheduled tribe community by the Rajasthan Government but many baseless caste certificates have been issued by the Authorities concerned, on the basis of illegal certificates many post occupied by the Meena caste and title people in all over India service network, where as these positions were reserved for Mina title and caste people. Hence under RTI Act, 2005 following information required: 1. Complete list of Meena caste and title persons are holding post and positions in Central Government Department, Railway, Commissions, Boards and Corporations, IAS, IPS, IFS, IRS, Member of Parliament, MLAs, Councillors, elected positions in Panchyati Raaj Institutions all over India against reserved scheduled tribe quota for Mina caste and title actual reserved community under scheduled tribe. 2. Complete list of criminal cases filed by Meena title and caste persons under special legislation for SC / ST Act against upper caste community persons and these cases were try and decide by the court of law along with the complete list of pending, under trial and decided cases. - Abhishek Kadyan and Miss Sukanya Kadyan
