CONDITIONS The learner and trainer should have access to appropriate documentation and resources normally used in the workplace:

Written quizzes and examination must be administered to check if the required learning outcomes are achieved. Recitation is encouraged through a scheme of problem and solution presentation of students. Demonstration with questioning must be given in order to simulate the activities, thus, ensuring the trainee's attainment of the required knowledge, skills, attitude and competency.
