1. The delivery must be completed by 19:00 on Wednesdays and by 14:00 on Saturdays. In exceptional cases, other days may be included by further agreement (eg. due to holidays). The distribution for Friday/Saturday can begin at 09:00 Friday 2. Guidelines for performance of work are described in the route description and in the delivery manual. Particularly, it should be noted that: 1. If you, due to illness, are not able to make the delivery, you must contact your depot or distribution manager or distribution company by phone as soon as possible and no later than on the actual day of delivery. 2. Newspapers and advertisements must be delivered all the way through letter slots and inside mail boxes. 3. Always follow the Health and Safety at Work Act and take good care of yourself! Remember to report your route as finalized when delivery is complete 3. Your hourly wage upon commencement of the employment is DKK 91,35. 4. The work is paid as fixed piecework and your weekly working hours are variable depending on the calculated time in each week. The estimated average working hours for route 80 in 2200 are: 1. Midweek delivery : 2t 14m and Weekend delivery: 1t 42m The working hours of the individual distribution can be seen on blivomdeler.nu 5. 1. Time is provided for the distance between depot / residence and route for every time the trailer needs to be loaded (not car routes). 2. Time is provided to load the bike trailer (not car routes). 3. Time is provided for handling products that are not packed in the house kits. 4. Time is provided for the total route length for walking / biking / running the route. 5. Time is provided for going to houses where the mailbox is not located at boundaries. 6. Time is provided for placing the items in mail box / letter slot. 7. Separate time is provided for delivery to "special addresses". Eg. Offices, shops, nursing homes and dormitories. The pay period is one calendar month. Payment will take place no later than on the 10th of the following month. Your pay slips will be available through our website blivomdeler.nu. After your resignation, the files with your pay slips will be available until 30th June the following year. Holiday pay is paid to FerieKonto in accordance with the provisions of the Danish Holidays Act. In some cases, however, your family's family insurance will provide coverage.

10. If you want to end your contract as a deliverer, we must be notified no later than 14 days in advance, and as the employer we may terminate you with 14 days notice. However, we may terminate the employment immediately if: 1. The delivery is not performed as described in the delivery instructions. 2. The number of complaints from receivers differ significantly from the norm. 3. The loyalty to the company is disregarded. 11. If there are changes to the route or if you get a new route, you will be notified regarding this in a separate letter as an addendum to this contract. The letter includes amendments to sections 4 and 5 of this contract. Other conditions are maintained unless otherwise stated in the letter. 12. You are not bound by a collective agreement. 13. As an employee of the company, you deliver advertisements and newspapers for many different companies to different receivers. These companies are lawfully entitled to require that you do not disclose any information to neither your family, friends or others regarding who sends and receives advertisements. 14. It is possible to borrow a bike trailer/bike bags from the company. A separate agreement will be entered for this. 15. Upon your employment, you have been informed that the company's delivery manual, which contains a lot of useful practical information and general conditions, is available at blivomdeler.nu. Trailercontract

Contract terms
You borrow a trailer to use while deliverer for FK Distribution. The trailer will be delivered at your address/the depot no later than the day for your first distribution. If you want to end the job as distributor, you must tell FK Distribution and we will pick up the trailer at your address or at the depot. In case you damage the trailer and/or fail to fulfill the agreement of returning the trailer to FK Distribution or to the person managing the depot, we will deduct the value of the trailer from your salary.
