Edwin C. Ebreo is the founder and President of ExeQserve, Corporation, an HR Solutions Company. He is also the companys head consultant for Organization Development and Human Resource Development. Prior to establishing ExeQserve, Ed worked as HR Director/Manager for CheQ Systems, a Software Quality Engineering Company, Athena E-Services Group of Companies, a BPO company and PET Plans, a pre-need company that had a diverse number subsidiaries that Ed was tasked to manage. During his stint with these companies, Ed was able to develop his expertise in managing the HR Department as a shared resource among groups of companies, handling no less than three companies at a time. He was also Head of Training for SPI Technologies, one of the largest and pioneering BPO companies in the Philippines. He also headed the training department of Philippine Seven Corporation, the local licensee of the 7-Eleven chain of convenience stores. He started working as a freelance Human resource and Organization Development Consultant on weekends at the early age of 28. He finally left full time HR Management practice 5 years ago to concentrate on consulting. He eventually setup ExeQserve Corporation in 2007 to cater to his growing clientele. His 15 years of experience helps Ed appreciate organizations and people from various industries and help them achieve their full potential through training and other HR-related interventions. As a Human Resource Management and Organization Development Consultant, Ed has helped several companies and on government agencies establish their HR and OD Strategies. Gege Sugue is passionate about Communication, and is motivated by the desire to help other people become better communicators. She writes for local and international readers, develops and conducts training programs for corporate and non-profit organizations, and provides consulting services in the field of Marketing and Communication. Of all her activities, she enjoys training the most because not only does she help others learn, she herself also gets to indulge in a lifelong process of learning. She believes that life is enriched when we learn something new everyday. Gege graduated from the University of the Philippines in Diliman, and is now pursuing Masters degree in Communication at the De La Salle University Manila, where she also teaches in the Organizational Communication Department. Her competencies also include public speaking, something she has enjoyed since her early career days at Levi Strauss and company where she presented products and ideas to Filipino and foreign audiences. She further honed her public speaking skills as her career evolved to include training and consulting. Chochit Solomon has 23 years of Sales Management Experience from multinational companies like Procter & Gamble Philippines, Del Monte Philippines, Johnson & Johnson Philippines, Campbells Asia and Philip Morris Philippine Manufacturing Inc. He started his career as a Van Salesman in the Visayas (specifically Leyte Province) for P&G, assumed roles of increasing responsibilities and rose to become a Senior Sales Manager in the various multinational companies he has worked for. He then pursued a career in the Academe teaching Marketing Subjects at De La Salle University for both Masteral and Undergraduate students. He is presently a Sales Consultant and has consulted and conducted training for various companies like Wrigley Philippines, ABFood & Beverages Inc., Metrobank, Japan Tobacco Inc., Benby Enterprises, Fonterra Philippines, Coca Cola, Integrated Marketing and Distribution, Inc., REBISCO, DKT Philippines, South East Asia Foods Inc., Del Monte Philippines to name a few. Chochit is a BSC Marketing graduate of De La Salle University. He also has a Masters in Business Administration Degree from the same university and is a candidate for the Doctoral Program. Jinky Ferrer brings with her over 14 years of experience in the fields of training and recruitment. Karen Espiritus love for Sales, Fashion and Training has brought her through extensive and diverse experiences here and around the world. After earning a degree in Economics during her University years, she immediately jumped into the band wagon of the corporate world not as an Economist, but in various sales jobs ranging from the travel industry to publishing. These experiences enriched her in more ways than one. However, the go-getter that she is did not stop her from pursuing her desire to learn more. Last 2001, she left for New York and studied Fashion Merchandising Management at the prestigious Fashion Institute of Technology wherein she graduated Summa Cum Laude. Applying everything she learned in Sales and Fashion, she once again excelled with Awards and Recognitions as she worked her way up the corporate ladder in the streets of New York. Her love for the Philippines and her countrymen was always embedded in her heart. As she has seen the fulfillment of her dreams right before her eyes, she too has envisioned that one day, she will be able to EMPOWER PEOPLE TO FULFILL THEIR DREAMS. These same experiences and passion was what brought her back to the Philippines last 2007. She initially started conducting workshops for students in various colleges around the Philippines which paved the way for various speaking engagements. She also had the chance to work with John Robert Powers as their curriculum director and taught various Marketing courses at the famous International Fashion School -La Salle College International. She became the Sales Director for Eastwear Manufacturing Inc. in which they exported knitwear for high end Fashion Brands to various countries in Europe and the USA. She believes that you should live a balanced life of both work and play. So during her free time, she makes it a point to go out of town and muster her skills in Wakeboarding and Diving. She also was a three time participant at the New York Central Park races and was the Marketing Head for Purelife Womens conferences. She has traveled th e world with 14 countries to her list and counting. All these accomplishments have not been possible if it werent for her parents that have always been a great support to her and the people she has met along the way that have molded her to be the person she is today. Most importantly she gives all the credit to the Almighty Father who has unconditionally loved her for who she is and who continually guides and holds her hand.
